Breakfast was okay could had more variety. Some rooms are not complete. Had change rooms my phone was not hooked up in room outside room hall incomplete being worked on. Hotel upgraded our room no additiinal charge. Was satisfied.

I asked for my sheets changed and fresh towels and we got neither. Plus the hallway and elevator smelled like Marijuana.

Room was clean. Desk clerks very nice Parking was great. Breakfast smelled great & was good.

The entrance is very hard to find and entry is accessible on the shoulder of the road. Weird. They work very hard to keep the place nice and clean.

The staff was extremely friendly. The room looked to be newly renovated. Same with the Lobby and where you get breakfast. Breakfast was just ok. There were eggs, biscuits and sausage gravy, cereal, breads, waffles, and juice. The room was better then expected in comparison to the outside. The bed was comfortable! However, you did hear all the traffic outside. The walls are very thin. We could hear a dog barking at 2am and people walking or running on the floor above. You dont get a good nights sleep with that. We only stayed a night there so for the price it was good.

Everything was good, though the bed, was way too hard for my back, even though it had a pillow top, over all, will probly be back sometime.

Hotel in desperate need of updating. Caulking peeling out of shower, can’t tell you when the last time the room had a deep clean, room was dirty, beds not comfortable at all. The room we were assigned didn’t have a working deadbolt. The gal at the desk was super nice and switched us rooms right away. Offered to put us on the third floor as the second floor might get a little loud as there was a large group of some sort staying there. Staff was nice. But that’s the only thing going for this hotel.

The hot tub didn’t work and the shower was no bath rack.

Need to correct your Wi-Fi doesn’t work very well other night. It was very good.

Room was decent clean and comfy.

I was not happy with our overall stay. First off we did not have a remote for our room. I went to the desk twice and the young gentleman working tried to help and offered two different remotes that ended up not working for our tv. He did text the manager to find out where other remotes were but I don’t know if he got a reply. I told him we would just use the buttons on the tv. Also even though it was a non smoking hotel someone did smoke either in the hall right outside our room or next door. Our room smelled most of the night after. We did have a lot of noise from the people above us which sounded like they were stomping around. I have never left a review like this before.

The pool was freezing heater was broken

Bathroom light was very dim and needs replacement. Window was cloudy in between the glass.

The staff was the highlight, being so incredibly nice and helpful, offering information and access to extra pillows and utensils when asked. The pool was a bit cold and cloudy but it was still nice. Breakfast options were decent too. Room was decently clean in exception to a dirty towel in the bathroom. Definitely not a bad stay for the price, you get what you paid for.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. Since we were there for an overnight stay it met our needs. Sometimes it’s the simply things that mean the most.

Checked in 20 mins early at the front desks offer and was charged 25$ for it without mention or I would have just waited. A little frustrating but stay was wonderful.

Was ok until the Hockey tournament group checked in Friday afternoon/evening. The group wasn't very considerate of other guests. The parents were letting the kids run rampant through the halls carrying on and playing 'hockey' in the late evening hours as well as hollering (parents were outside talking loudly and laughing) while other guest were trying to sleep.

The bed and pillows were good! The A/C did not work properly; there were no electrical outlets on either side of the bed; the furnishings were rundown; the bathroom vent did not operate.
