This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and I was blown away by the height of the ceilings. I appreciated the water filters in the hall that dispensed fresh cool water. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Great city center location

I will definitely stay here again. I love the experience and the closeness to Rittenhouse Square.

I was working at Rittenhouse Square and it was just a short walk away (like two blocks). Wonderful staff and I love the water bottle stations on each floor.

Great hotel

Location was fantastic- easy to walk to all the sites or to catch public transit. Hotel was clean and well thought out. Loved the baggage check and options for late check out. Would definitely recommend

Good, clean room. No valet parking a problem as there is no area to park to check in and get the parking discount.

This hotel is in a great location as you can walk everywhere. It also feels safe. We had an ok stay, but were unimpressed by the service. We did not have the 'do not disturb' sign on our door but for three days our room was not cleaned or made up. On the second day we actually went to the front desk and asked for it to be cleaned and for new towels as we'd run out. We found the new towels in the bathroom when we got home late at night, but the bed wasn't made, breakfast cups etc. hadn't been removed etc.. It didn't feel great, considering the price of the room!
