The room was great. the service as well. I had a lot of guests coming to visit me there and they all loved it. Many meals. All great. Definitely will stay there again.

I can't say enough about the staff at the Charlotte Street Hotel. They were friendly and attentive. They managed to check me in early after my transatlantic flight. They also stayed on top of getting my prescription glasses back from the driver from the airport before my stay ended. The interior design of the hotel was charming and unforgettable.

My first trip staying at the hotel. I would absolutely stay again. The area is fantastic. Great restaurant and shops, away from the traffic and tourists in soho. The staff was incredible. They had everything were incredibly helpful and friendly. And THE BED! So comfortable.

Staying at Charlotte Street is a home away from home, as a Firmdale property the style and amenities are top notch and the staff is excellent. 10 out of 10 as always.

Whenever I’m in London, this is where I stay. Excellent hotel. Bustling restaurant and hotel lobby but once in your room it’s silent. Amazing acoustics in terms of noise. Super cozy and great breakfast. Highly recommend!

Staff in restaurant was terrible rude. Even though staying in hotel we were not worthy to sit in the empty restaurant for a drink. I assume he runs the restaurant to maximize personal tips and I needed to give him £20 to sit in a restaurant at 1730 for a quick drink with my wife I complained to front desk and it drew blank looks. Assume they don't care so much. Also no coffee in room or common area, must go to restaurant and pay £5 for a cup. Owners apparently don't like coffee (weird). Rooms are heavily perfumed as are all toiletries. Avoid!

This is a great little luxury hotel with lots of character and individually beautifully decorated rooms. It's super comfortable and welcoming with helpful, knowledgeable staff. There are lots of excellent restaurants in the area. Great stay even if too brief.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They make you feel important and ask about your day. The food is delicious . The rooms are creatively and beautifully decorated. It is a treat and complete pleasure to stay there.
