I disliked the residents above our room that were loud with running most of the night. I did not complain. I suspect they were there on a government program. I am all for helping the ones in need .

the rooms are very clean and the staff was nice, my room did not smell are had any odor, the only complaint I have is the rail train noise

It was very nice place!

Even though this was set up as a short-term stay place, and I only stayed for one night, the staff was very friendly, greeted me and helped me with any questions I had. If I'm in the area again, I know where I will be staying!

Ac was broke and my employee got offered a fan when it was 90 degrees out..... Friendly staff though, not there fault.

I arrive late to the hotel. A hotel airport shuttle was advertised, but not available. The air conditioner in my room was nonfunctioning. Hotel staff unhelpful to solve any of these problems. AVOID THIS HOTEL if it all possible.

Clean and friendly staff

Basic hotel, but very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Free shuttle to the airport is a plus.

Everything was great.

The hotel was clean and a great location to the airport. What I did not like is the shuttle to the airport the air conditioner was leaking on us. The shuttle also stopped at another property. When we returned , I called for the shuttle to pick us up and was informed that the terminal we were at they didn't pick up at that terminal. So we would've had to take the tram to a whole other building, so we called an ubber instead.

Last minute decision we made it work

exceeded my expectations. The back of the hotel grass needed maintenance.

Our first room had stains on the sheets, notified the front desk and they immediately gave us a new room and also went to ya or care of the room that we previously had, great customer service, comfortable bed, and good breakfast.

We chose this hotel for an overnight stay because it was close to the airport and we had an early flight the next morning.
