Great place to stay

The staff was friendly. There was hair on the bathroom floor and in the shower. Not much but visible. There wasn't any parking. So i did the valet service. After picking up my car and hitting the road, we had stopped for gas and noticed a deep long scratch above and around my driver side door handle. This was my first vacation and I'm upset.

Very clean, staff was great, awesome location. Definitely valet your vehicle if it larger than a compact , due to the closest garage parking is only for small cars.

Clean room, got towels taken to the room and switched out while we were out, I’ve had an issue with getting towels at other properties very accommodating and quiet to say the least with it being spring break and lots of huge college games going on

First room the shower was filthy. Changed rooms. Nicer. There is no self parking and they wanted $34 for valet per day. I had to unload and park 4 blocks away in a $10 parking lot.

The bathroom in front of suite toilet did not flush and when we called front desk was too late for maintenance.Also we did not know it was march madness an the hotel and lobby was very loud till very late hours after midnight . Our room trash cans did not liners or cups for drinks

Stay, staff, and rooms were great!

The room was clean, but I opened the cabinet to the refrigerator and it was filled with dust. Also, there needs to be a wastebasket in the bathroom. However, the bathroom was very clean.

Dated property. Broken elevators. Pullout couch broken and sink only partially worked. Slow check-in lines

Room was clean and very good. No staff on reception upon arrival or at check out. Didnt use any other facilities bar the room. Breakfast smelt nice though.

Beautiful courtyard, comfortable beds. The room is a little worn down but, good value for the money.

The hotel is very dated. There were 4 of us in a one bedroom suite. There were 2 towels left for 4 people. We had to call for extra towels and blankets. It took hours to receive them. The pool was constantly out of towels. When we asked if more would be put out, we were told it was Sunday and there was no one to fold them. The shower might have not had a shower curtain. Water was seeping though it and there would be standing water in the bathroom after every shower. The hot tub and sauna were out of service. The water was still in the hot tub and looked stagnant. The location is good but other than that the rest is pretty awful.
