Front desk staff was so friendly and helpful, pool and hot tub were good to wind down at the end of the day, breakfast was fresh and yummy, rooms were spacious and clean and even had that clean smell to it, and walking distance to banff ave. Would book again!

Yes the room was clean and staff very kind and accommodating to our needs providing a fan, a kettle and allowing up access to the parking lot after hours to pack our bags!

Staff was great. Tv in room is huge. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Beds were comfortable. Underground parade is clean.
