Very nice and clean property with friendly staff.

Very well situated and comfortable room. Only downside is that you have to walk through the bar to get to the sauna. However once there the sauna and cold plunge were great!

Great location! All the staff are great and amazing. Bar Brahe in the back of the hotel is a real gem. Emma, Thomas, and Pella are fantastic!

The hotel is so beautiful. Clean, spacious room with a great view. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. We felt at total ease from the moment we arrived. We didnt have time to eat at the restuarant but it smelt lovely. Its on our list for the next time we visit. Thank you for such a special stay.

Hotel Reisin in Galla Stan was a perfect location to be close to everything. The staff was great. I was also able to check in a bit early. The coffee shop across the street has great pastries and coffee.

We loved Hotel Reisen! After traveling around Europe for 2+ weeks we checked into Hotel Reisen for a wonderful, relaxing three days. The staff is amazing, the room amenities are fantastic, and the location is perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

I could have not picked a better place for myself to stay.

As a US resident the room and facilities are typically “Euro Small” But in all other respects no complaints Great central location with good restaurants within an easy walk Can walk to all the main tourist points of interest Would stay again

This is an excellent hotel in Stockholm! It is well appointed, clean, quiet, and staffed by an excellent team. We took advantage of the spa and massage services. Excellent bar and restaurant as well. Zero complaints.

Great location. Friendly staff and so accommodating! But disappointed with the room I received as VIP Access. View of a building rather than any pretty view. Couldn’t open the shades because people across would see me

Everything we wanted to see in Gamla Stan was walkable directly behind the hotel.

Amazing historic location. Excellent staff. Plunge pool(cold) and sauna terrific. Great dining. Rooms were typical small euro style but bathrooms were great. Walls windows and doors very sound proof so no trouble sleeping. Staff was very helpful. A short walk to royal palace, parliament,shopping and multiple unique dining options. Truly a wonderful place to stay in an amazing city. Was first visit to Stockholm and the most beautiful city I have been to.

Easy Gamla Stan location

This is the second visit at this hotel. It's located in the most perfect location in Gamla Stan--nearby modes of transportation, restaurants, attractions, and cute stores. They have the most incredible bed I have ever slept in a hotel. The most delicious buffet breakfast. The most charming, professional, and informative staff.

Loved it! Easy to walk around Gamal Stan and take the ferry or walk to Skansen. Lots of dining options and very interesting Museums. The hotel is impecably decorated and refurbished and has excellent service.

We stayed here for four enjoyable nights. The beds were the most comfortable beds in a hotel that we have ever slept in our lives. The staff were exceedingly kind, professional, and helpful. A special shoutout to Astrid at the front desk. She was so kind and informative. In regards to the food, the breakfast was beyond amazing. The variety of food options was surprising and wonderful. The yogurt bar and toppings were incredible. The smoked fish and pickled foods were delectable. The hot food bar was memorable. The hotel is perfectly located near all major transportation. The ferry and bus stop are literally next to/across from the hotel. Gamla Stan were the hotel is located has incredible stores, restaurants, Fika cafes, and other unique offerings. You must stay here if you want a stress-free and delicious experience. You won't want to leave. You may oversleep your stay like we did! :)

Gamla Stan is a fabulous neighborhood— we loved Stockholm! The hotel is right on the harbor. The plunge pool was cold and refreshing in contrast to the sauna. We went every night.
