Half of the elevators did not work; shuttle bus was not running while we were there. We were told the bus was broken. This really messed up our plans. Waiting for the elevators took forever since only half of them were working. Hotel is clean but seemed understaffed.

The hotel and especially the staff were beyond exceptional!! Thank you for everything and will be back next year.

Staff was untrained. Only one elevator worked. Food was subpar. Beds were uncomfortable. Towels were rough. Chairs were torn. Remotes for tv did not work.

Nice, basic hotel room suite. Great breakfast. Most elevators were not working my entire 2 night weekend stay. Closet door was broken, wouldn't close. Obviously over looked the "balcony" description.

Everything was great till the last night of stay, the hotel was sold and there was no parking but we still needed to pay for parking!

Great that its about a 10 minute walk to the sphere!! Happy hour great and breakfast great!

Horrible experience all around

Was nice, loved that it didn’t feel like we were in Vegas; no casinos. Was affordable but not even close to as nice as the one in Arcadia CA that we stay at.

Clean and quiet property close to the convention center Friendly staff

The room had stains on the walls, carpet and furniture. Basically the rooms were worn down. We had to switch rooms since our first room smelled bad and there were so many stains on the furniture and walls.

Staff was helpful and friendly no problem there! There seemed to be BBQ sauce or something of that color behind the curtain. No water in the room and the lobby market was closed on our return.

This hotel was great for us. We had tickets to the sphere and the location was perfect. Also, the breakfast was very good, the room was geat and all the staff was very helpful. If we ever visit again, we will definitely stay here again.

Location

Property is a little run down. Staff not very knowledgeable. Out of 4 elevators only one worked. And we picked this hotel because it was closer to the Sphere without staying at Venetian and we were told the area wasn’t safe to walk back to the hotel after the concert. Kind of disappointing.

Who is very comfortable but I would say the thing that I was really really impressed with was the friendliness of the service. The service staff there was absolutely excellent.

The first room I got was not cleaned and the second was still not cleaned but better than before. The service desk was super nice and lovely but housekeeping team needs to do better. Overall, not the best place I been at a hotel.

Upon check in the lady at the front counter was not very helpful and knowledgeable at all. Everyone else was great. There were issues in the room that should have been repaired before even checking a guest in. Everything else seem to have went smoothly.
