Convenient airport shuttle!

Great staff, safe, clean, comfortable bed, good included breakfast, not in the center of town where most hotel guests complain of the homeless population

Get the jetted tub suite, its worth it

We are currently on a long road trip with 9 stops. The Holiday Inn Express was our 6th hotel, and it was by far the best. We arrived too late to enjoy the hot tub but were pleasantly surprised that it opened at 5:30 AM. My husband, our son, and I got to enjoy the pool and hot tub all to ourselves the next morning then enjoy a nice hot breakfast before exploring the coast and Redwoods. Having stayed at so many hotels with poor AC, dingy bathtooms, weak water ptessure, rock hard beds, etc., it was so worth it to pay a little extra to enjoy the comfort and cleanliness at this hotel. My husband thought the bed was a tad firm, but I had zero complaints. I wish all Holiday Inn hotels were this nice!

Staff was responsive and professional. Appreciated the hot breakfast options and the details which included plant based milk and fresh fruit.

Rooms are very spacious/ different breakfast each day-/ plenty of parking- redwood natl park is about 45 min away

Great staff, pool, nice room, save the non working refrigerator that was eventually replaced, and the misaligned / incorrectly installedUSB ports in walls that do not work well and cannot be used at bedside table

We loved it. All the amenities were great. My kids loved the pool. I was grateful for the complimentary breakfast and how varied it was.

Excellent hotel, the customer service from the front staff and the kitchen person was outstanding, the room was very clean and everything work. The morning free breakfast has a to-go option with handle bags which was very helpful. Overall I highly recommend this property. THANK YOU!
