Nice place to stay, fair price, decent breakfast. I'll stay here again when I'm in town.

The hotel is perfectly located next to Charlotte Motor Speedway and Zmag Dragway, which is why I booked it. Food and gas are right near it too. Very convenient. Service was great. Exactly as expected for a holiday inn.

This hotel was by far the best I have stayed at in a long time. It was clean, smelled nice, friendly staff, hot breakfast, & quiet. The rooms are spacious with a fridge and microwave as well as a nice size bathroom and Dove products at the sink and in the shower. The entire hotel was clean on the.inside and outside.I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. My next time visiting Charlotte, I will definitely stay here again!

After we left, my husband said, out of the blue, I’d stay there again. It was very clean!!

I would highly recommend. The hotel was in a great area, close to shops, restaurants, PNC Bank arena where we saw a concert. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again

Hotel is in easy walking distance from several restaurants. Staff was friendly. Buffet breakfast was varied and good.

Enjoyed the stay

The room was so much better than when we stayed Nov 2024! Would not have stayed here but bro-in- law had already booked here! Service was a 100% improved, a/c worked this time as opposed to heat last year and no maintenance response! $200+ per night was ridiculous for Holiday Inn!

Clean rooms, complimentary breakfast and conveniently located to restaurants and shopping.

Stair door and exit door slamming all night long. If you get stuck in room 124, good luck going to sleep. It’s across from the stair door and next to the exit doors that get opened and slammed at all hours of the night. This room should be turned into a storage room. No chance of sleeping with slamming doors all until 3am every night. Overall hotel was fine as long as you don’t get put in room 124. Awful!

The halls smelled like marijuana. AC was loud.

I like that they had breakfast and had alot of restaurants close by plus a shopping mall that’s not too far plus the great service they provide!

The hotel is what we needed. Would recommend

Nice hotel would have been perfect if the ice machine was working on the 4th floor. It was inoperative the entire week that I was there. Also please get a new luggage cart. Other than this the hotel is in a really good area and easy to get to.
