Clean room great staff spa was ok

Room was clean but there was a mark on the bedding which wasn't too savoury. We were given the disability room for some reason and that meant that the bathroom sink/mirror were low amongst other things. If we had stayed another night we would have asked to be moved as the hotel wasn't full. The staff were very nice as was the breakfast.

Reception and Bar staff were so amazing, helpful and friendly. Some of the friendiest and welcoming staff I've come across in all my years of staying in hotels.

Room was spotless bathroom floor floods when having a shower but apart from that it was lovely as was breakfast thankyou we will be coming back soon

We arrived to be told that we only had 1 twin room booked out of 4 , 3 cancelled!!!!! Shocking that reception offered no explanation just double beds for 8 men !!! Not good enough 😕

Fantastic staff ALL so friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean. We got the package deal that included dinner and breakfast. Dinner was great and happy with options available. Breakfast plenty to choose from. Can't fault anything. We used the facilities onsite gym and pool. Incredible gym, well kitted out with decent equipment. Pool was great. Stream room and sauna were good size, didnt feel cramped when other people in. Overall great overnight stay. Would definitely stay again

I had a nice stay. But there was unexpected fees. I paid for breakfast and lunch on my booking but was charged extra fee for the dinner.

Rooms were lovely, cleaned every day. Breakfast both hot and cold had plenty of choice. Staff were really lovely and helpful. We unfortunately lost our dog on the first night there and the girl on reception was really kind. Then the days after they were always asking how we were. This is our go too hotel in Corby.

The Hotel was lovely , modern and inviting , the outside area from the restaurant was in need of updating. The furniture and woodwork was tierd and broken . Nice sized area just not really inviting

On arrival I realised I had booked the wrong room. The reception staff were most helpful and resolved the situation very quickly. A very enjoyable stay with excellent breakfast and bar facilities. I stay here quite frrequently during the summer (to visit Fermyn Wood nearby) and have always had a comfortable and issue free stay.

There was nothing on the Expedia website to say that the pool was being refurbished which was the reason I booked the hotel for my grandson to swim. The hotel iformed me that they had it on their own website and acebook page however as I booked through Expedia there was nothing to inform me.

Easy to find. Nice and comfortable room, but the drinks at the bar is quite expensive. But overall, it’s a nice weekend away.
