The staff was nice.The Area was perfect if you like night life. Short drive/walk from a train station. Will definitely stay again. Only issue is that housekeeping didn’t change my sheets for my next night stay.

Internet access was not the best. Our sink was backwashing someone else hair but it couldn’t get fixed until the next morning, the safe wasn’t working after we reported it but they never came to fix it. The pool was dirty and no towels on site. We never got our room cleaned and we had to go downstairs to collect towels.

The staff was very friendly and checkin was a breeze. Our room was clean and cozy.

Needs major updates though staff is very friendly and facilities are clean. Breakfast is surprisingly decent. Too close to highway and noisy at night

This place does not honor Expedia confirmed reservations, They say they don’t have to honor third party reservations. I had to make a reservation by airport. I got reservation at Comfort Inn and pre paid on Expedia ap. Expedia sent confirmation but Comfort inn said Expedia declined it. I then had to pay hotel directly .Please cancel AM Ex charge $1500. Nothing They denied Expedia confirmed reservation. They said they do not have to honor third party reservation. Busy week so they could rent it for more money

Convenient to I-85, clean, comfortable, good priced suite for family of 5.

The room was nice it was in a nice location the front desk clerk was so nice

This room is in need of refurbishing. Otherwise a good stay.

Every person we came into contact with at the front desk, Keosha, Ruby and Betty were VERY attentive to our needs. A real THANK YOU to Maecella for a clean and well cared for breakfast room. Our one bedroom only had a single lamp (on order) and there was only a single office chair to have dinner in our room. Two nights before leaving we were told that we could have a chair from the breakfast room.

We were here for a concert and the staff was absolutely the best.

Ruby and the whole staff made us feel like being at a home way from home!

Convenient location, clise to everything. Nice amenities such as free parking, wifi, breakfast. In room kitchen fridge, sink, utensils, sitting area are all nice and convenient. There is an in rooms afe that does not work and its door keeps popping out requiring the closet door to stay close on one side. Not a big issue for us. Would definitely stay there again.
