Extremely friendly staff, clean, and luxurious hotel at a reasonable price. In an excellent area to wander downtown and get some excellent food. A must stay if your in the area!

I like that the gym and Harvest food service were upgraded.

The lobby was gorgeous! The staff were all exceptional and very accommodating! I will say my comforter had peculiar stains on it, it appeared to be a bodily fluid. The light switch covers were not clean and the table in my room was in bad shape as far as parts of tabletop were peeled off. I expected more from a Hilton and for the cost everything should have been perfect. I was in room 2244

We stayed one night for a concert in the area! Very clean rooms and nice location. Everything was great! We have stayed there many times!

What I like most about this property is that it was convenient to where we needed to attend the commencement ceremony.

All the local unique stores and food options.

Everything was great but the room was extremely hot and there was no real A/C or fan.

Extensively clean. Remodeled. Very happy with our stay. Only negative was the toilet was a very low and round model.

The heating/cooling system in my room did not work. It was 57 degrees in the room Saturday late morning. They did bring a space heater in for me after unsuccessfully trying to fix it. Shower pressure was not great; but overall, it was a clean and beautiful place to stay.

This was the best hotel I've stayed at in a long time. The staff was friendly and it is conveniently located near a number of bars and the Lombardi Steakhouse is housed inside. My only complaint was when sitting on the toilet, it was very low, and my boys were literally in the water.

Excellent place and newly remodeled. It was quiet during my stay. Their is a starbucks in lobby area. Restaurants up and down the street and just walks away. Only downfall is the ease of parking. This hotel uses a parking ramp that you have to pay additional $10.00 for. The streets are pretty busy during a business work day.

Tried to cancel a week ahead of time and they refused to respond - even to Expedia. I get cancellation policies but this is ridiculous. Not to mention the price gouging of several hundred just for one night.

We love this hotel.
