Great place, staff was very helpful, great room and amenities. Only reason I could not give it 5 stars is the daily service. Staid a week and first few days were great, after I never received any coffee (had to go to desk each day and ask for it, and the last couple of days, they picked up the trash but didn't make the bed or change the towels. Small issues but paid good money and was the only thing to not score 5 stars but will admit I would stay their again.

Excellent location, pool was a little cold - kids had a blast.

The rooms were great, and the breakfast was amazing. The parking lot and parking were awkward to get to .

Hotel is very clean and updated. The room layout is very conducive to a long-term stay. The biggest complaint we had was the smell in the room. It hits you as soon as you walk in. We called the front desk to ask if there is an air freshener we could unplug, but were informed it is the smell of their cleaning products. We could have asked that they not use it before checking in - but we had no idea. Thankfully it was not as strong in the bedroom, so we slept fine. Just recommend that they discontinue use of that product! It is very strong!

The hotel has a nice ambience to it. Welcome feeling and felt like we were in a clean and up kept building, we will definitely stay here again.

Staff are amazing people. Rooms are fabulous. Free breakfast is average cafeteria food. The grand room and the courtyard are wonderful.

Allows dogs up to 80lbs, friendly staff and adequate accommodations.

Liked that there was a 2 bedroom suite

Great location in Maple Grove. Excellent value - hotel has full compliment of amenities at a very reasonable price. Staff is attentive and very nice - typical Minnesotans. (Side note - the mattress is noticeably more firm than most hotels (my wife and I didn't care for the pillows either).. but if you like a firm mattress and overstuffed pillows, this is the place for you)

Breakfast was very good and had a gluten-free muffin available for my wife which was much appreciated.

Everything seemed clean. Staff were nice. Getting around in the hotel is confusing. Not a lot of parking and very tight.

Everything from checking in to checking out was great! Breakfast was amazing, beds were comfortable. Room was clean!

Over all nice facility.
