Staff friendly and helpful. Room is large and comfortable and clean. Old world elegance.

Clean, good breakfast with a couple of adjoining restaurants to choose from when we were too tired to walk further plus have amazing bar for an aperitif.

No longer worthy of 5 stars. Disappointed after years of returning. Staff rude and disorganized. Amenities need attention. Spa broken told because of hair clogging. Yuck

Excellent property would recommend it to anyone wants to go to Genoa. Fabulous staff, and service.

The Grand Hotel Savoia is my favorite place to stay in Genova.

Great location and beautiful hotel / rooms / spa. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Disappointed in cold rooftop hot tub (unusable) and massage was in cold room with cold towels.

Front desk staff were EXCELLENT. Perfect location. Very nice hotel with incredible views.

Obviously great location. The place is very large with conference center chopping rooms into 2 very separate areas with A LOT OF WALKING required from reception.

Beautiful classic stately hotel that dates back over 100 yrs. The decor matches its era and it feel like you step back in time. It’s classy and elegant. The rooms were quiet and very comfortable and the staff were lovely

Very nice classic hotel. 3 min walk from the Piazza Principe train station. Friendly staff, nice and clean rooms and bathrooms. I will stay here again.

We were very impressed with the hotel. The bathtub was luxurious and the bed wasn’t too bad either. The hotel staff were generally excellent.

The bar staff were amazing, the hotel did not leave the water for long.
