Great hotel

Room was clean and decent. Coffee machine in room did not work but the had coffee in lobby. Nice location and kids had a blast in the pool.

Great stay basketball team

This was my 3rd year at this property and we loved it. Location is amazing! Especially love the park behind the hotel. Has some hidden gems way in the back!! I highly suggest walking the park and take some fishing lines too!

The room was not fully cleaned when we arrived. Our second day the room wasn’t completely cleaned.

Nice property. Upon check in bathroom sink was dirty. Very disappointed to see dirt/grime in the sink area.

Overall, this was a good experience but not sure if we would stay again. Front desk was very nice! Cleaning staff… Rude, None of them ever spoke a word unless you spoke to them first, and even then, it was like it was killing them to be friendly. They start cleaning rooms very early, which is understandable, however they were extremely loud… Slamming doors, banging stuff around, playing music on portable speakers… ZERO consideration for guests!!

The stay was good, but there were limited breakfast options. It took a while for the food to be refilled. There wasn’t even fruit included. There were not a lot of tables so we had to get to breakfast early.

I thought the price was very reasonable for a resort area in the middle of summer. The breakfast selection and personnel were very good. The control for the window shade did not work well. The shade was down for our entire stay. The front desk personnel were informed of this. Soundproofing between rooms could be much better. We could plainly hear a conversation from the people next door to us.

Location is great, steps from Northside park and the beach. 20 min drive down to the OC boardwalk and 40 minute drive north to Rehoboth. Breakfast was great, room service was poor. Room service didn't leave us any towels and the bathroom was left as is (garbage was not emptied, floor was not swept). We got the towels after request from the front desk. Overall an okay experience.

The property location is fine

We liked the available hair and skin products and that there was plenty of parking and a Keuric coffee pot.

Clean and the room gets very dark with the black out shades!!

Good hotel with a nice and friendly staff.

OCMD is my favorite beach, especially Northside Park!!! Happy to have Holiday Inn as an option for short drop in visits.

Nice place to dtay

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was great, the location was awesome. Had many places near by to eat, shop and have fun. Definitely recommend it 👌

The room hasnt been maintained. Damaged furniture, hot water barely worked, and toilet didnt want to flush
