There was a lot mold all over the windows, curtains, and in the shower. The staff was very understandable and then moved us to a room with a lot less mold

The hotel is functional. Period. Not so many amenities, the location it's good however rooms are outdated and in less than acceptable condition. Bed is comfortable, staff is nice and friendly in majority. Rooms are loud meaning you WILL hear what's happening next door. Cheap but again, you get what you pay for. They definitely have awesome photographers because rooms don't look like in the pictures. They are smaller.

It was a very pleasant stay

Hotel El Ejecutivo is a very basic, dated property that is starting to show its age. The biggest issue is the lack of soundproofing; the walls are paper-thin, and I could hear almost every conversation and movement from other guests on my floor. The staff also seemed quite indifferent and weren't particularly welcoming. A strange but notable downside: the shower pressure was so intense it was actually painful. The only real reason to stay here is the location—only book this if you absolutely need to be near Reforma and are looking for the lowest possible price.

Please add a blanket to each room as it gets cold at night.

The bathroom had a water leak

Room was noisy sounds like air conditioner running on the other side of the bedroom wall. Pictures don't look like the actual room.

El hotel es muy lindo y el personal muy atento , en el restaurante tienen una comoda exquisita , el cuarto super cómodo, las camas perfectas , muy bien ubicado definitivamente lo recomiendo al cien , volveria a instalarme ahi sin pensarlo 😍🙌

The room was clean, the best part of the hotel is the location and the surrounding area was always busy we really enjoyed our stay and the NYE party on the main strip (La Reforma) was incredible.

Clean room, close to everything!

Dirty sheets, dirty towels, ripped floor mat, not able to charge the restaurant ticket to my room, waited 20 minutes to be charged since they only have one device, average breakfast. Pollite staff members, not their fault at all. You get what you pay

Yo se que es algo barato pero si no quieres gastar tiempo ni dinero mejor ve a otro lugar. Mi cuanto estaba lleno de moho el baño y no habia ventilación. Aparte el AC y Calenton no funcionaban adeguadamente.

Muy buena ubicación y personal amable, pero las instalaciones necesitan un mejor mantenimiento.

Everything was good

Great value for money! Good location, good food,decent rooms, great staff. Has valet parking, has a 7eleven 1 block away and Paseo de la Reforma Avenue is less than 2 blocks away.
