Very nice clean old hotel, nice balcony overlooking a green court yard, comfortable room. Convenient parking in the yard. Perfect location - nice easy walk to most attractions, lots of restaurant, shops, parks.

Great location, near the train station (and shopping mall) and the old city. The hotel is very clean and the stuff is very helpful. Breakfast was good. The only drawback is the squeaking wooden floors in the room.

Our room was a little small. The hotel is very nice. It has a antique feel. The breakfast was ok. The location is great. It is an easy walk from the main train station and Galeria mall. The Krakow city centre is very close.

A beautiful hotel, only minutes away from Krakow's old town and maon train station.

Perfect location. Only a few blocks from the train station and old town. You can walk everywhere and if booking a tour transportation is able to pick you up at the hotel (this is not possible at some of the hotels in old town). Staff were excellent and room was clean. Older hotel, but great option for the price.

A charming and well-located hotel with a simple yet elegant design. Impeccably clean and just minutes away from key attractions. The check-in (2 PM) and check-out (12 AM) hours are far more flexible than the standard 4 PM–11 AM, making your stay even more convenient.

Hotel in a historical location

Excellent stay. Many prefer to stay in Old Town but we found this hotel's location to be even better: being right outside (across the boulevard and a small park) from Old Town, it's about a 5-minute walk from both the main train station and the old town which worked great for us. The rooms were beautifully decorated, the staff were helpful, and the breakfast options were a lot. Only drawback is that you can't call an Uber to the hotel but to a nearby pickup spot (taxis do come to the hotel though) and that there's a pedestrian underpass to cross the street to the train station. Generally not an issue but can be if you have mobility issues and need to minimize walking or elevator to the underpass is down.

A traditonal hotel but may not appeal to everyone but we loved it. Very helpful staff. Again a traditonal breakfast but enough food selection to set you up for the day. Loved it!!

Hotel is in a good and central location in the city with close access to public transport. Areas were fairly clean and well presented and the hotel room was warm and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was a bit basic but good enough. Would probably stay here again.
