Had a really good stay, easy check in and parking, and had a clean, modern room.

I liked the hotel. But my Ac and TV didn’t work.

This has been my personal favorite downtown Edmonton hotel since 2028 but it's very disappointing they Don't have room service anymore they used to be the COVID-19 Pandemic

i never got my $200 security deposit back and now they said there building is closed until fall 2026 how do i get my security deposit back

Good value for a stay downtown. Parking in parkade just beside the hotel is convenient but at $25/day.

Room was spacious , pet friendly and there was free ev charging onsite

Great stay but expensive for the conditions and surroundings. The rooms are exceptionally planned but getting dated and some furniture needs to be replaced before an accident. I sat on the chair and it broke. The welds were old and cracked. I am a senior and not heavy at all. The toilets are a treat like being in France at the Ritz.

I have stay here a number of times when travelling to Edmonton. The location in great, right downtown. Steps away from the night life with very little of the noise.

Place was very nice and clean. Was walking distance from lots of restaurants. Pool and hot were nice as well

The staff were efficient and very pleasant. The restaurant was wonderful. We loved the bidet toilets A new experience for us.

Great location, spacious room, and the best pillows I’ve had in a hotel forever. Breakfast downstairs was great too.
