Both were excellent

Really just a standard 2.5 star hotel, nothing great, close to the airport

Shuttle was poor condtion, dents in side, duck tape to keep quality inn sign on shuttle, flloors/carpets were dirty, cleilings dirty, rooms poor condition, no elevator, got sick on food, would not stay there again!

The shuttle was great and proximity to the airport was great.Left to early to have breakfast.Front desk staff was friendly and helpful…..however I requested an extra blanket and pillows but was informed that housekeeping was gone for the day, even though I I made the reservation more than a month in advance.

Clean room, dated, we ordered food at restaurant and took it to bar to eat. There was a Limited bar menu. Bar staff pleasant.

This was a quick stopover for us before catching an early morning flight. The room was very nice. King bed tons of room, a very comfortable space. The bathroom was tiny, with the sink located in the bedroom, while not my preference, it was still functional and had a large counter space. Would absolutely stay here again. Food in the restaurant was very good.

Very noisy hotel. We could hear people above us walking around - creaky floors. We could hear our neighbours shower and every time they used their toilet

convenient to the airport. Affordable decent food onsite.

Good for a one night stay

The shuttle and hotel both felt very outdated and poorly maintained. The hallway and room carpets had a strange smell, the lighting was dim and uninviting, and overall it seemed like the property hadn’t been properly cleaned or updated in at least 15 years.

No elevator.. don’t understand how a hotel has no elevator, especially one so close to the airport, knowing most who stay here are travelling through with luggage. Stayed here for one night. The lady at front desk thankfully put me in a room on first floor so there were no stairs. The room was dark and run down, and shower pressure was almost non existent. The shuttle was nice (runs every 15 minutes, make arrangements) but I ended up at 45 zone to wait, then upon calling told to go to 13 which was all the way on the other end. They should be clearer about pick up zones for people before arrival.

I received multiple bed bug bites from staying at this location. The hallway also freaked of marijuana. Do not recommend.

We flew in at 3 am so we ended up falling asleep at 4 am just to be woken up by two cleaning staff yelling and swearing in the hall just by our room. I guess professionalism just went out the window who cares that we paid for our room and asked for a late check out. We had been to this hotel a few times but this time will definitely be the last. What I got from their conversation was that one lady was accusing the other of taking a sheet off her cart well in my world what happened to working together. When my husband advised the front staff of this her response was we try not to put anyone in this room as it’s across the house keeping. Well what about using lower voices to have respect for clients.

Airport shuttle and breakfast were good.

They allow an extra hour yo check out. Breakfast was included in cost of room.

We booked an accessible room (2 beds and a pullout for fam of 5). Get there they had us on the second floor no elevator) and no accessible rooms. She put us on the main floor with a cot which worked and I was able to use the toilet. Since was a quick stay (we checked out at 4am for a flight). Will say the rooms were clean, beds comfy. But Expedia/there website needs updating. Also- very sketchy location (it’s in a plaza). Bonus was free parking. For a quick pre/post flight it would be ok. But for a few days, spend a few extra $$ (even that was almost $200 during the week!) when we get back we’re staying at a much nicer hotel for less than $50 and it’s definitely accessible has a pool a nicer continental breakfast (I can’t rate this one as we weren’t there for it). But staff here need to be more empathetic to disabled ppl. It’s not my choice that I’m in a wheelchair and she made me feel guilty.
