Staff very friendly, room are clean breakfast is good.we stayed 3 night

This is possibly the worst stay I’ve ever had! Rude staff on check in, dark and dingy rooms - absolutely nothing like what’s advertised online! Rooms are very tired dated, dirty & our bathroom door had a chunk taken out of it. Toilet was dirty too. Limited plug sockets. Walls are paper thin and you can hear when the room next door has the tap on, shower on & flushing the toilet. Duvet was paper thin. Room was so hot with no way of turning this off. There was one tiny pillow per person which was the size of my head - more like a square paper thin cushion instead of a pillow! Breakfast was horrendous. No coffee machines working, cold food that had been out for a long time. Flies around the food and table. Dirty tables and cutlery. The car park was pitch black with no lighting at all, extremely uncomfortable and scary for a woman on her own! Absolutely would never return!

It is the second time we've stayed here and will not be the last. Overall a very pleasant stay. Our room on -1 was clean and comfortable. However on our late arrival we arrived to find the ac turned down to 18°C and this the room was very very cold, taking all night to become a comfortable temperature as the system did not heat. In the morning the proximity of the lovely little gym meant very noisy shouting and machine use which prevented us from sleeping beyond 7am. Breakfast was good, however with a busy hotel and only two on duty it meant they were rushed and food ran out without being replenished an hour before breakfast finished. These are small problems however for what was overall another pleasant experience. Parking is great, the location is super and easy to get to. It's very clean and the reception staff very welcoming.

I fell and had to stay an extra 2days and could not walk . The staff went above and beyond to look after me . Room service even though there wasn’t any , ice , water , pillows etc . Even help with getting home . In particular, the daytime front desk person whose name I cannot spell lol was so helpful and kind to me . I have never heard of or stayed in this chain of hotels but based on my experience with your staff I will again

Overall good place with good staff but the rooms needs some attention, their quality is disparate in the same category .

Good hotel with small restaurant and bar, gym... good breakfast. Confortable room with balcony but a bit small.

The hotel has beautiful grounds however the hotel is very basic

Very nice modern hotel. Spacious room with deck outside for morning coffee. The only downside is missing bathroom door and lack of kettle/ coffee, tea in the room. Will stay again.

Poor condition and worn out , rooms smelt of smoking and balcony open and next doors dog kept back and forth, no privacy Had to change the booking to one night

Decor re inventions was very interesting and amusing. The surrounding grounds were superb. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Very good value.

Hotel molto bello, immerso nella natura, circondato da verde, tutto a disposizione,campo da tennis, ping pong... e due passi dall'acqua parc aqualibi, e con una bella passeggiata si arriva al centro di louven la neuve... Colazione stupenda, abbondante e varia e camerieri molto disponibili... Le camere sono minimal, moderne e abbastanza pulite... Purtroppo non c'è un mini frigo e nemmeno un bollitore, e manca la cassaforte ... L'accoglienza è super gentile e tutto lo staff è meraviglioso

Business overnight. Just a bed required and perfectly acceptable in that regard. Restaurant is microwave meals only during Covid but vibrant town less than 10 min walk. Breakfast pre packed but again ok considering the times we live in.

The hotel has a nice and friendly feel throughout, with comfortable, clean rooms and bathrooms, a pleasant bar and fun terrace on two levels. The breakfast buffet was copious and delicious.

Great location for visiting Tintin museum. Very quiet and peaceful. Great stay. 10min walk into town through the park.

Tv, Power sockets not working including the bathroom light. Poor service and slow response to address the reported issues
