I gave this place another chance. After i wasn’t happy the first time. Well i should have just stayed at a motel 6. No hot water, ac shuts off hot room. I let staff know. All they could say was I’m sorry. I spent good money for an sorry.

I’ve stayed here before. I wrote a bad review over a year ago about this place. I thought I’d give them another try. Boy do i regret it. Fist the AC shuts off on its own and the room was not kept cooled at all. Horrible especially when it was so humid. Second, no hot water again. I told the staff. All they can say was I’m sorry. I work for my money to enjoy my stay a I’m sorry doesn’t make it right. It’s time they offer me a refund or something better. I will be writing to the manager again because apparently he/she was not in

Very kind helpful staff. Very good room service, timely , organization. Very good location because located to Gold'Gym available to guests and a casino. The only bad that I noticed there were flies in the brunch area.

Breakfast was good

Overall, my stay was acceptable, but there were a few areas that could be improved. I was assigned a first-floor room in a section that appears to be in the process of renovation. The hallway carpets and the room furnishings felt quite worn, and the view faced a construction storage area. It would have been helpful to be informed about this at check-in. The bed was also somewhat olde, and the bathroom in my room was configured for accessibility. While I appreciated the functionality, I would have preferred being offered a standard room option. I considered requesting a change, but I had already unpacked. Access to the restaurants and the more convenient Uber pickup area required going upstairs and crossing to another section of the hotel, which was slightly inconvenient from my location. That said, the staff was courteous, and the property seems to be working on improvements. With updates to the rooms and clearer communication at check-in, the guest experience could be much better.

I've stayed here many times. But certain floors have upgrade construction going on in the hallways. But overall it's an excellent condition.

Didn't use parking and the breakfast is always good, though often, we are told the espresso coffee machine is not working.

Super nice, great breakfast. There’s a supermarket practically right on the property so you’re able to get some goodies there. In a great location and super safe.

Clean room, nice staff but we had problems with the wifi and when they moved us to a different room the key door wasn't working properly but overall nice hotel

Was exactly what I needed for a one night stay. Staff was very helpful, including accommodating an early check in and reminding me of my room number. The room was fine. Still has carpet flooring and a jalousie window. Breakfast was good, with a good selection. Grocery store an easy walk.

The staff were so friendly and professional. We looked forward to the amazing breakfast every morning. By far the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. The pool area is beautiful and comfortable. We got around via Uber which was a bit of a problem because this hotel used to be called Best Western but got split into two hotels and a number of the drivers were confused by that.

Everything was good but they have to fix the jets in the jacuzzi so they work the enjoyment of a jacuzzi is the warm water and the jets pulsating
