The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The lobby smells so good. The breakfast is a buffet. The food is very good. The swimming pool is good. There are many pools. The only downside is that we chose a twin bed room. The bed is too small. For 2 people with a 3-year-old child, we almost fell out of bed. Everything was good.

I would like to improve the coffee shop staff. I would like them to provide a smile and speak politely. It would be great. Everything else was impressive. I will definitely come back to use the service again when I have a chance.
