A quick one night stay. Pleasant, quiet and no issues

Hotel stay was good. The weather was hot and so was the room. Bought a fan and all was well.

Hotel was nice with beautiful views and friendly staff. The restaurant is less than par. Bad service and average food.

A very relaxed and well equipped Hotel ideal for the Wedding we attended. Lovely grounds and staff who are very caring. Definitely come back in time.

Baffling how this place has 4 stars. The shower didn't work in our room so we had to pack up and move to get ready. We were offered a single free coffee between two adults in recompense...which added to the absurdity of staying in a ligtly updated but aged hotel (think charmless rather than vintage). The elevator was a highlight, haven't been in one like that for 30+ years. The location was convenient but I think hard to feel you're getting value for money, if you're paying for 4 stars set your expectations low, the quality and service will disappoint.

We only stayed one night to sleep. The reception desk is a bit of a joke. For a 4 star hotel you expect a more welcoming entrance. The staff that worked was very friendly. All in all this hotel is not a 4 star, it looks and feels runned down, such a pity because on the pictures it looks amazing, don‘t let that fool you. I guess for a quick stopover I would recommend this hotel. It‘s right by the highway. Other than that not one of the best Novotels I‘ve stayed at.

Bath worn out with holes. Beds comfortable. Food poor and expensive but nothing else even close. Fine for a few hours before a flight…. Though still a 30 minute ride to the airport without traffic

Arrived late but, the reception was very good. entrance via car is well secured. Room are clean, above average for the price. Great location

Beautiful place to stay and enjoy the nature. Nice staff.

Looks and feels like its not been updated since 1980. Asked for 400Euro deposit and not sure why as didnt want to use restaurant. Lots of noise in the morning at 7am with doors creaking and slamming. No milk or creamer for coffee in the room. Towels not replaced daily.

Unable to book a table for dinner. Room service was adequate.

Clean, well located, plenty of parking and personal staff. Great experience.

Very good stay and impressive view on the mountains. I just regret the gardeners working next to us just when it's breakfast peak hour.

Hotel with beautiful surroundings and a lovely swimming pool. The restaurant is lovely and the food gorgeous, highly recommended. Thank you to Justine in particular, she’s always been above and beyond to make our stay as greater as possible. The staff are lovely and look after you. Disappointments: the room is very old and outdated, needs a full TLC. The coffee machines in the main areas were, during most of the day, switched off or without the pod trays in it. In need of contactless cards to replace the very awkward key and key ring. Will be back, definitely and recommended to travellers, families and business people.

Our stay at the Novotel Grenoble Nord Voreppe was brief, but pleasant. The staff did a good job with Covid-10 preparedness in all areas. The hotel room was a bit shabby, though, and in need of an update. There was a hole in the bathtub, and the sink stopper wouldn't stay up.
