Another great stay apart from one room had not been properly cleaned (bathroom was pretty bad) and we had to raise this with reception. Hotel apologised and made a small compensation gesture in a timely manner.

Great time, great staff, great stay. JUst needed extra pillows in the room.

Convenient location for the motorway when heading south. Easy parking and a couple of good restaurants within 5 minutes walk on the nearby campus. The public areas of the Novotel are nice but the bedrooms are showing their age a bit and the bathrooms need updating. Breakfast was pretty good and the staff were friendly.

Lovely hotel. Very friendly. Nice clean room, decent size. Very welcoming entrance. Nice looking pool area (we weren’t thrrr long enough to stay). Great breakfast choices. It is not near the centre of Rouen, but we were only passing through so worked really well for us. My family all said we would stop there again in future years.

We needed a stop off for one night on the way to the west coast of France - and this turned out to be one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Welcoming staff, very comfortable room for a family of 4, an amazing outdoors area (tennis / table tennis / pool / lawn area) with good food and drink provisions. One of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had!

Very comfortable hotel, nicely presented. The bed sheets did not seem to fit the bed well and came off during the night which only left the plasticky sheet underneath.

There was a rubbish container just outside my windon, maybe it could have been covered with tarpaulin or similar. Not very nice sight. Toilet need proper descaling / bleaching. Good service and comfortable bed.

pour les clients qui rentrent dans la nuit comme nous a 2H30 demandez le code pour le portail car nous avons attendu 30 min après avoir sonné plus de 20 fois et plusieurs appels téléphoniques, finalement j'ai du enjamber le portail puis tambouriner à la porte pour que le veilleur de nuit vienne pour nous ouvrir nous avions notre petit fils de 10 mois dans la voiture et j'ai bien cru que nous allions être obligé de dormir dans la voiture !!

Pratique et facile d'accès. Les zones communes ont été refaite cette année. Dommage que les chambres soient encore du style NOVOTEL d'entant...

Chambre confortable. Hotel moderne. Hall d'accueil accueillant ainsi que le personnel ( accueil, bar, restaurant...). Hôtel situé à côté du zénith. Restaurant de l'hôtel très bon.

Des soucis de propreté ayant nécessité un changement de chambre. Pas de savon dans la nouvelle chambre, une serviette utilisée oubliée, un bouteilles utilisée oubliée également. Problématique de personnel à résoudre.
