Tres bon hotel , avec le parking gratuit

Easy check in and nice facilities

The room was hot and small for 4 people. The sofa bed slats broke twice. We could not manage to turn off the heat or the sound of the fan and heating and as a result had a very low quality sleep in a hot room. The rooms need updating. The toilet had a smell of urine. It was clean, but there was a smell of urine coming from somewhere. I also did not get my $10 change from the restaurant. That was my fault as I was distracted by my kids. But no one called after me to give me my change. Overall, a very poor quality stay in Novotel. The front of house reception was very nice and accommodating.

Unfortunately, the refrigerator in my room wasn’t working, and I wasn’t able to get an update on the repair. I was offered the hotel’s shared fridge instead, which didn’t feel private. This doesn’t quite meet the standard anyone expect from a four-star property.

Hotel room was very tired & needed a proper clean. Had to open the window to let the smell out. The lift was not working so that meant that we had to carry them up stairs x

Hôtel situé à proximité de l'aéroport, au calme. L'établissement est globalement agréable et propre. Notre chambre familiale était correct malgré une porte intérieure qu'on ne pouvait pas fermer car elle accrochait sur la moquette. De longs couloirs qui desservent les chambres avant de pouvoir accéder à la salle du petit déjeuner. Le petit déjeuner est diversifié, il y a du choix. Dommage, cependant qu'à 8h45 il n' y ait plus de Brownie et que celui ci ne soit pas remplacé. La salle est agréable mais la propreté est à revoir : nous étions au fond de la salle, dos contre les baies ou il y avait de belles toiles d'araignées dans les angles...

Rideau mais qui ferme pas jusqu'au bout, la lumière du parking qui reste toute la nuit allumé m'a empêché de dormir... malheureusement pas le bon choix de chambre, va et vient de voiture électrique qui charge avec des gens qui attendent dans leurs voitures.... pour moi c'est un très bon 3 etoiles mais pas un 4 étoiles.

Good place to stay near the airport

Good location that includes parking. Tram to go downtown across the street, very convenient. Restaurant Hippopotamus is very good. Nice swimming pool.

Used to be a class A hotel, now a business class joint.

Requested a room change because AC knob was broken/ripped off. Second room had knob and flow going but blowing warm air anyways! Staying all night around 90-95F, taking 3 cold water shower and not sleeping. You will NEVER see me again
