GOOD STAY

Clean hotel with nice beds. 15 mins walk to station for trains into central Paris. Friendly staff and lots of parking.

Online commitment and when we reach hotel terms and conditions is bit different so I don't like that specially they asked me for deposit and when I booked online I didn't see anything like that and when we asked something about to check the room they said you have to do it Ur own we can't help that the worst thing in this hotel

Stayed here on a business trip, nice enough place, handy location for what we were doing , but a bit average overall, reasonable value

We visited 2nd week of August . There was a heat wave. The A/c in this hotel is terrible. Even hotels in 3rd world countries have better a/c. We complained this to the front desk . They told they would fix it bit nothing was done. They were rude. We had to open windows and sleep.

Lack of lobby staff presence.

The facility was perfect with pool and games for the kids. Breakfast was consistently good and the one night we ate at the restaurant it was delicious. The best part was the staff - everyone was very friendly and helpful

Inside ver nice, clean & well ordered. Comfortable room & lively bar / dining area. Immediate area around heavily under construction but short walk to centre ville is pleasant. Good for RER station.

We liked the hotel, the amenities and cleanliness. We tried to use swimming pool but was very cold, may be heated outdoor swimming pool could be an improvement.

Good hotel with nice service and facilities. Room is ok and like the little fridge with complimentary water bottle. Radio didn't work. On TV lot of channels didn't work. Sink was partially blocked. Could hear noise from other rooms. Once was woken up by cleaner at 7.30. Had a problem with the safe which even after I told reception wasn't fixed.

Helpful staff, enjoyable stay for an overnight trip

WE just stayed 1 night but arrived early and the man at reception was very kind and let us check in early

Functional, basic hotel for the last night of our European vacation before heading home. It has all the standard amenities and a decent on-site restaurant for dinner and breakfast made it very convenient. Kid friendly too! The elevator serving five floors is very very small. It gets busy in the morning so we had to carry luggage down by hand.

Nice stay, room very nice. Memory foam type bed, which i am normally not a fan of, but was very comfy. Food in restaurant very good. Breakfast - nothing fancy but perfectly fine. No gym though.

This is probably the fault of expedia/hotels.com. We have arrived at mindnight and we found no way to enter and the phone number we had would not respond. I called hotels.com UK number and the only thing they could find was another phone number on which it was also impossible to contact the hotel. HOWEVER the hotel claim that they have sent us an email with access code, and this is the fault of expedia, this email never arrived. Overall being with children we spent 110 GBP on another hotel room nearby [Novotel also booked with hotels.com].

good hotel but not amazing. Very difficult to have vegan/vegetarian food.
