There was absolutely nothing there for kids . The restaurant was close only open for breakfast

Great service from the staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The bed was clean and comfortable. Free car parking. Close to the train station to get into the centre of Paris.

Breakfast is terrible here. Tables are not cleaned or cleared of plates / bowls. Also no clean plates and bowls available as they are all still on the tables!! Juice machine not working, scrambled eggs made from powder not real eggs, poor cereal selection. pastries taste old and stale. very poor.

Stayd for 2 nights book 2 family rooms Hotel advertised as 4 star hotel on hotel's.Com but this is actually a 2 star hotel very small rooms asked 3 single bed in each room but the gave u 2 small single beds on reception staff is not very help full very misleading information on hotel's.Com. regarding this hotel paid over 300 euros

Good stay in good hotel, yet, there is something wrong about the hotel, the lady running breakfast was intrusive, unfriendly and the milk was sour. Whatever you wanted to prepare with milk had to be given up. She did not know she was serving sor milk for coffee?

The room was definitely not clean at all. Amenities is a bit too old, well this is a standard by B&B somehow

I had used this hotel before and always good. The breakfast though is very expensive and I opted not to take it

good hotel in Cergy with nice breakfast, comfortable bed and updated room. The main issue I had is that the AC is not working well enough to cool down the room at night when the weather is hot, and there is no screen at the window like everywhere else in France so you can't leave your window open either if you care about mosquitos. It was hot in the room, too hot to sleep comfortably

Very comfortable place to stay. Quiet and clean. Good breakfast, restaurant, and bar. Staff were excellent. Easy walk to university, train station, and Port Cergy for dining. Good internet. Not luxurious but perfectly comfortable.

Very convenient for shops and RER/SNCF station.

Facility was adequate and the free onsite parking was definitely a bonus. The bed and sofa is comfy and there is sufficient working space. Hotel is highly recommended for a business trip. The reviews about the wifi are accurate, it's rock solid. My only gripe is that the building is showing signs of age. Wall decor seems to be a little dated with the rough textured wall design and old lighting. The heating in the room is controlled by a manual thermostat dial that doesn't seem to work very well. I noticed other occupants requesting for additional heating as the built-in heating was insufficient and the vents were blowing cold air. The fitness room has a couple machines, a combination workout machine, cycling machine, eliptical machine, and two treadmills. It's not a full-fledged gym so no free weights if that is what you're looking for. The gourmet bar serves decent food but if you ever get hungry and not want to leave the hotel, there's always UberEats!

No fly screen for the window

The bed was extremely small and the mattress terribly uncomfortable…way too small for 2 people! The room has no cross ventilation and air was stagnant, no air conditioning. Almost no storage place for clothing, no drawers, only a few hangers, had to live out of a valise! Had to wait 3 days till room safe was repaired. Hotel needs a total and complete renovation.
