This was the 4th time I stayed at this hotel over the course of 18 months. Personally I think standards have slipped. General cleanliness of the hotel has slipped. The first time I stayed here I gave it 5 stars for cleanliness. 18 months later the standard has dropped. A trash bin at the entrance to the hotel was full and stayed this way for 3 nights, I left today and it still was not emptied. My room was clean enough to not complain but could have been better. The overhead shower head was full of limescale and the jets of water suffered as a result. The bin in my bathroom was full with sanitary towels and had not been emptied prior to my arrival. Breakfast choice has also slipped over the time, jams rarely replaced and a poor selection of available food to be blunt. Overall nice enough to stay but the hotel has proved it can do better.

En mi toda mi vida de viajero.. tengo 62 años he encontrado tantas cosas malas en un solo lugar 1 - Llegamos media hora antes del la hora del check-in no querían cobrar 59 euros si queríamos entrar. Pues nos sentamos a esperar que fueran las 1 2- Dice que tiene aire acondicionado y no tiene. 3- cierra en portón d entrada a las 9 pm y hay que llamar portón teléfono para que lo dejen entrar.. el problema que el plan que compramos de teléfono es solo para internet.. así que tuve que subirme como un ladrón en el portón para poder llegar a la recepción para que nos abrieran. 4- La puerta del baño no cierra 5- No dejan jabón. Si se ocupa debe bajar a la recepción. 6- La secadora de pelo no sirve 7- El personal nada amable en ves de tratar de solucionar fue retador En fin no lo recomiendo ni de regalado

Room was spotlessly clean, lovely presentation of the room. Friendly staff and a smashing breakfast.

Personnel sympathique, mais l'hôtel ne mérite pas 4 étoiles.plus de frigo dans les chambres,chauffage ne marche pas très bien,du coup nuit un peu froid dans la chambre,et la douche ça fuit de l'eau, franchement deçu.je retourne plus.

J’ai regretté que la porte de la salle de bain ne fermait pas et que la boîte de mouchoirs était vide. J’ai particulièrement apprécié le confort du lit

they have a locking gate for cars to pass that requires a phone call to have unlocked after day time hours , and can take long time for someone to pick up. Room key needs re programming nearly every second time used - needs an overhaul Don’t count on decent desk for computer work…

Pool was dirty, didn't use it. Just an observation. Restaurant had a limited breakfast.

Nous avons fait une escale d'une nuit dans cet hôtel sur notre trajet de vacances. La situation par rapport à l'autoroute est bonne. Il y a un parking assez vaste. L'accueil est bon avec un check in rapide. La chambre est propre, les lit sont bien confortables. La salle de bain est ok avec une douche a l'italienne. Petit dejeuner-buffet de bonne qualité et bien achalandé. Nous n'avons pas vraiment testé les alentours de l'hôtel vu quenous ne restions que la nuit. Nous sommes repartis bien reposés le lendemain.

Clean and spacious

Nice enough place to stop when driving long days. Pricey for what it is but clean, somewhat renovated. A/C could work better. Restaurant was good but too expensive. Limited choices on this route.

Away for business, 1st night stayed at hotel for dinner . Very good quality and competitively priced. Hotel is currently going through a refurbishment
