This hotel was nice, and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast buffet was good. About a 7 minute walk from the train and bus station

Honest to goodness seemingly effortless Scandi design that pays homage to the era in which the building was built. Why rebuild a 1960's building when all you need to do is maintain it and stay true to the its original function and design. Can't get any higher eco credentials than that.

Clean and functional room, if a big small. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff.

It was so good and cozy

Staf lady was psycho to me. They harass you at 9-10 in the morning for an 11 Am checkout before the checkout time. The rooms are outdated. The hotel is outdated and overpriced. When I complained to the lady about being harrassed (this happened on more than one stay there the same woman was completely nuts. Will never go back to this hotel. Very crazy staff person.

The bathroom was out the the 1970’s and even then it would have been unfashionable. The room had dead moths on the floor when we arrived, and then later we discovered silverfish in the bathroom. It obvious that any money spent on the hotel has been on the reception area alone. Breakfast was also poor, think the bread was also from the 1970s… Never again

Godt sted - blev opgraderet til et større værelse som vi fandt meget fint og dejligt. Vi var på besøg hos familie i byen, og dette var et dejligt opholdssted. Rart og hjælpsomt personale- dejlig morgenmad og bar, når vi kom hjem om aftenen. Kan klart anbefales

Good value for money, lovely people

Flott beliggenhet, kort til ferge og gågate. Pene og rene rom. Romslig garasjekjeller med enkel adkomst. Vennlig betjening.

Fint hotel med fantastisk beliggenhed. Lidt mange ved morgenbordet, men fint udvalg.

Rigtigt godt tilfreds med det hele

Olía un poco a caño el baño, nada grave. Bien ubicado desayuno rico!

Ok værelser som er pæne og rene. Venligt personale. Morgenmaden var dårlig. Stenhårde pølser og koldt scrambled eggs. Ikke værd at betale for.

Frederikshavn er en hyggelig by og dejlig sted for overnatning
