The staff were very courteous and attended to all my needs. Breakfast was great! I liked that they had small frying pans where you could crack and fry your own eggs. I’ll stay there again and recommend the hotel to my friends.

We were there to visit friends so didn’t spend a lot of time at the hotel.

Old property with spruced up lobby. Once passed the lobby, carpets are dirty, walls are banged up, rooms are old, mattresses covered with plastic mattress covers, noisy, bad insulation.

Didn’t match the photos online at all, was quite tired and dirty and no proper pavement around the hotel

Reception and pool area lovely. Gym too. Staff very helpful and food good. Feels like they refusbished and forgot the rooms. Room was boiling making it hard to sleep but staff said aircon not available until its much hotter. Looks like an old heating aircon system. Room small too.

Nice and comfortable

We stayed here for one night before heading on a flight out of Biarritz. Well there wasn't anything particularly wrong from our stay I'm only reviewing it because the rooms were fairly worn down and I don't think reflective of the 4 stars on Expedia.

Not a 4 star hotel. Barely a 2 star. Dirty carpets, a tiny kettle and some instant coffees available. Hallways extremely dirty. Room interconnecting with one next door - neighbours came back to hotel at 1am and were extremely loud.

We stayed at the Novotel Resort for 2 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. It's very centrally located so it was easy to visit lots of different places during our stay. The staff was really nice, and we would happily stay here again.

A good size well-equipped room, although the Wifi was feeble and quite slow. The staff were friendly and the reception staff very helpful. Breakfast was the stand-out, the options were excellent and plentiful, not to be missed. We were there in the winter, but the pool area looked clean and sheltered.

Very nice and clean....we got in late and they personally came to the airport to get us.

We arrived at 2.15 pm to check in (which is from 2.00 pm) and were told our room was not ready yet - and it would be 30 minutes. We then had to wait until 3.35 pm before we got our room allocated to us and this was with constant chasing at reception. We had to wait in the reception/bar area with all our luggage - and were not even offered a complimentary drink. The pool area was also very over crowded, no sun loungers available and extremely loud music playing until 9.30 pm

This was a terrible stay,although we booked well in advance we were gjven one of the worst rooms in the hotel smelly very badly positioned we complained but it was like talking to a stone wall all we heard was we cant do anything sorry. we are full Why do I book 2 weeks in advance is it to get the worst room. Second day nearly 4 pm in the afternoon our room was not cleaned and the card wouldnt work to open the door I had to go down to the reception desk to have it activated amazingly terrible service please take this as an official complaint from a regular hotels.com reguler customer.

Standard but clean room, lovely pool and pool area, lovely helpful staff, very useful shuttle bus to airport in morning. Arrived late so had to get taxi from airport and very few taxis we had to wait about 20mins. Groups of more than 4 had longer wait as very few taxis would take more than 4 passengers . Delicious varied breakfast and the children ate for free with us

This was a quick stopover on my way from Southern Spain to Northern France. Well, what a lovely place. Check in was a little slow and there were quite a few people waiting and only 1 person on the desk but it was 1700hrs I suppose. I eat in the restaurant and it was great food. Plenty of parking outside. This hotel is right next door to the Ibis and shares the car park with it. I’m so glad I chose this hotel though as the Ibis looked tired from the outside. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I visit Biarritz.

Good hotel, great service, nice restaurant, and a good location for airport transit. The walls seem a bit thin, and internal noise was loud at night.
