Staff were great the hotel was lovely. The pool and gym could use a refurb but it was a great place to come and we will be coming back in the future. Thank you.

Great place to stay

Comfortable and spacious room, nice leisure facilities. What really made it stand out was the staff being so kind to our children - there were sweets on their pillows, which was really nice after a long journey. At breakfast I was on my own with the children and the hostess offered to get my food and a coffee, which was so thoughtful. The chef came out and asked the children if they would like some pancakes, which he then prepared specially for them with fresh strawberries. Really kind and individual service!

Easy check in, friendly knowledgable staff. Lovely room. good bar/restaurant. Taxi to airport on time, all excellent.

Really nice food

I stayed with my dog and two kids, staff were lovely. They made us feel welcome with our pooch and my kids. I wad hesitant at first being the only brown people I could see for the first 24hrs however no issues and professional establishment.

We stayed one night with our grandkids in a family room. Staff at check in were great - really helpful and friendly. Kids loved being able to use the pool. Breakfast was very good - fresh and plenty of vegan options. Although the room was a little dated it was clean and the beds were super comfortable.

Lovely hotel in a convenient location for the greatest gathering in Derby. Great room, amazing size and powerful shower. Breakfast was great with soo much choice. Restaurant however was very expensive ie £30 steak. We would however happily return in the future.

Room was lovely and spacious. Excellent WiFi. No noise from outside but noise from corridor was a bit loud. The bathroom, although the decor is in keeping with the room, is a bit dated. The mirror is a bit tarnished and the marble surface needs updated. Otherwise, the standards were good and I would come back again.

Stayed here last year and was excellent. so returned this year, didn't disappoint. Excellent again. from food to rooms, brilliant.
