Perfect for solo stay

What ever you do don't leave the property and head left, turn right and the environment is much better

The hotel provided facilities such as complementary breakfast, laundary service, and drinking water filter, which is commendable

My second time here and it was a great day as well

The property was just in the right spot. To the right there were lots of dining and shopping places.. you felt safe. On the left side further down the area was not good .. too many homeless . The hotel was close to metro.. trolleys. We walked at night and it was safe. Nice rooms

The hotel is conveniently located. The room is adequate, and the breakfast is ok.

Location and cleanliness

It fitted my needs; breakfast, walkable to my appointment destination, close to transportation

Experience was ok but not great.. Beds very high and difficult to get onto

The inside of the hotel was nice, clean, renovated, nice bathroom, good decent breakfast, and it was small but there’s a separation between the room and the living space with a sofa bed, is like a jack n Jill. The only bad side of it is the noice at night and the homeless screaming randomly. It’s a terrible neighborhood so just to be aware if you have little ones. If you have a vehicle then is okay, but wouldn’t recommend walking at night. It has a mini fridge and a coffee/tea maker but no microwave. You’ll have to ask front desk that you need to use the microwave. Also, there’s a liquor store in the corner which is great to grab snacks, drinks, plates or utensils. It got pretty cold at night so having a heater was nice.

Biggest issue was male staffers werent at the desk often to open via buzzer. Please install a card reader like the rest of the doors for folks who already have cards to access the building. Hot water also took an incredible amount of time to come on each day. Why not microwave in the suite?!

Noisy neighborhood at night and loud air conditioners in the room. Great central location.

Lots of homeless people in the area but surprisingly quiet at night. We never had any problems.The hotel is close to major attraction. The staff is friendly and hotel is clean.

Noisy at night and only one very small elevator

The hotel stay was very pleasant. Staff was friendly and responded quickly to any needs. Housekeeping was beyond terrific. The only thing we didn't like was that several of the outlets in our room had no current. Beyond that, the stay was quite good.
