The breakfast at Comfort Hotel Sundsvall are among the very best I've experienced. Not only the assortment of food, but the service from the kind and helpful staff. The buffet is tended and refilled all the time . I recommend it without any hesitation.

We stayed here as a stopover during a road trip. I called ahead to let the hotel know we would arrive very late because our luggage was delayed at the airport. Although this was noted, when we arrived at 4 AM we were told our room had been cancelled. After I explained the situation, the receptionist eventually gave us the room, but the interaction felt more like asking for a favor than checking into a confirmed booking. After delayed luggage, a 3.5-hour night drive, and no sleep, this was not a great welcome. Parking was limited, so I had to park quite far away. Getting to the room was also inconvenient, requiring an elevator down, a long walk, and then another elevator up. On the positive side, the room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice port view. The breakfast area was pleasant, and the breakfast was very good. We might stay again for a one-night road trip stop, but the arrival experience and room access could definitely be improved.

We didn’t arrive until 01.30 due to our train been delayed, check in was quick they had our room key ready to hand straight over. Room was fine, only thing I didn’t like was dog food and water bowl in bathroom (they were clean) found this quite off putting when we weren’t bringing an animal. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice.

Very small room, no desk, no chair or anywhere to put an ooen suitcase.

Outstanding breakfast buffet! Restaurant also very good for dinner with 10% discount for guests. Beautiful city and coast villages to explore.

Great easy stay. Clean, good breakfast, comfortable bed, made it very easy for us to have our dog with us and provided water bowl for him in the room.

Nice and close to everything.

Room was nice, location was good. They were doing construction & renovations on the hotel so some things were torn up and dusty. The room was very hot, and there is no AC - so we had to leave the windows open for airflow which was incredibly noisy with the street & traffic noise (and it was a Monday - I can’t imagine if it were a weekend). It also meant it was very bright in the room and hard to sleep because we couldn’t close the curtains. Staff was friendly. Parking was easy to find street parking or use their garage.

Very nice staff, location, room. A great value with breakfast. Nice area atoundbhotel, very vlose to train and bud station. Now s Strawberry hotel and that a good sign of quality.

Ble møtt av hyggelige resepsjonister ved innsjekk. Pent og rent rom , dog skulle ønske det var kingsize seng og ikke 2 senger satt sammen .Spiste middag på hotellet , godt utvalg og hyggelig servitør . Mangler ikke noe på frokosten . Trangt og litt kronglete med parkeringen i kjeller med søyler / stolper .

Reste för att besöka en vän och sover nästan alltid på det här hotellet. Jag tycker de har bra närhet till stationen, väldigt bra frukost och trevlig personal samt fräscha rum.
