Helpful staffs. Clean room with balcony ; comfortable bed. Good & walkable location to restaurants, cafe and the beach. Parking is convenient but for small cars only. Weak WiFi. Overall it’s a reliable hotel

ROOMS WERE SMALL AND NOISEY STREET

Great location near the beach and the walking street with lots of restaurants. Also close to the park where all live entertainment was held. Staff were friendly and helpful especially Manuela. The hotel is old and could use some updates and breakfast was good.

Cleanliness was definitely good. Room space was a little tight. Decent breakfast. A solid 3-star experience at a 3-star hotel. Good location about five minutes from the beach. Also well-located for grocery stores, restaurants and boulangeries.

This hotel doesn't fullfill the criteria of a 3-star hotel. I would rate it as a 2-star hotel. However, the location is great (it's a 4 minute walk to the beaches of Juan Les Pins), the rooms are clean and the service is good. I would recommend it for a short stay at Juan Les Pins.
