Hotel is run down. Lots of poorly finished poorly painted areas. Buttons on lifts seem to only work sometimes.

Staff arrogant ,unprofessionel hardly speak english,hotel old style rooms dirty ,phone not working food is average.

No air conditioning in the room made for a very uncomfortable stay. Unable to sleep at night.

not sure about the neighborhood, maybe it is fine. parking was a secure garage underneath which was good (safe) and bad (not free). hotel check in person was really helpful and nice.

Traveling to the city centre was good

Nice room only issue with the toilet wc tap was closed i had to understand why water was not coming and even when i open the tap in wc water was coming very very slowly and it was taking a lot of time to replenish

Staff ignoring social distancing especially the lady who prepares the breakfast was very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional !!! Be careful before squeezing the oranges 🍊 Some are rotten!

Offered a nice breakfast buffet. Water pressure in shower a little weak.

My stay in ibis style was cosy and comfortable. There is some work i' progress at the moment but I wasn't disturbed by any noise or i'conveniance.

Staff were very polite, helpful and kind.Great cleaner and also a very lovely lady, helpful and polite along with the receptionist who had lived in Leeds .

The location was calm and beautiful. Parking available in night! Location better then Paris!

Clean comfortable room, nice continental breakfast in morning. Little pricey. In my search I put free parking and this came up but it was noted to cost €9 a night to self park underground.
