2 nights stay with family. Initial room provided had a very bad smell, the room we were moved to also smelled but less that than the first room. This was the only room left available so we had no choice but to accept it. We had to make up the sofa bed ourselves and by taking the bed linen from the initial room provided to the replacement room. No assistance from staff at hotel. First day at breakfast most guests were waiting around for the food to arrive even after a number of guests requesting food. Thankfully the second day was a lot more pleasant.

The hotel was nice. Bedroom was spotless and bed was so comfortable. Choice of food for breakfast was very good and dining area pleasant. Courteous staff.

First room they had me in had bad wifi, and the shower wasn't very warm. They kindly switched my room, and the wofo was good, but the shower was so cold I couldn't have one. They did say they had someone working on it. Staff were warm and friendly and the room was clean. Its a great location for

Very convenient with EV chargers and close location to Walibi Belgium. Benefits from a swimming pool and bar. Easy to get to.

Two night stay. Overall hotel fabulous, but we felt the evening buffet wasn't up to the standards of the hotel! We were missing a kettle and the hairdryer in our room, this wasn't a huge problem as we were on the ground floor near the bar.

Value for money

The accommodation is great, new and clean with ample parking. very close to the Walibi theme park, just a 10 minute walk. Nice breakfast and free for under 16s. pool was not heated so was not usable in May, much to my son's disappointment.

This is our fourth time staying at this property and we really enjoy it. It’s outside of Brussels but the hotel is always clean, comfortable, and the staff is friendly. It has games in lobby for our four year old son that he loves. Free parking and very good breakfast! The Air Conditioning works great, even in warmer months. Hope to stay here again in the future.

Nice place in a convenient location

Very disappointed in that I have stayed here many times even before it became a Novotel and it has gone down hill over the years. It advertises as having a restaurant, which it does have but now no longer opens in the evening only for breakfast which for such an expensive hotel is ridiculous.

Exceeded our expectations. A cozy family oriented hotel. Games provided were entertaining for both adults and children. Away from the bustling city. A good place to relax.

Really nice hotel with much bigger rooms than normal. Decor is very nice and staff are great. Our breakfast was included in our rate. I heard it was 20 euros extra - although the b/fast was good I would not have paid 20 euros for it. The milk was off on our first morning showing a lack of attention to detail. There was a strange smell in the left (~ drains? ) . The lights down the entrance to the hotel weren't on as a "cost saving measure after covid". This is ridiculous and quite frankly dangerous as the site has masses of Tesla chargers so traffic is constant into the site - it is a matter of time before there is an accident becasue of this.

Great hotel have stayed on three different occasions and always consistent. Room is comfortable and breakfast is great!
