Reach the hotel with my family after long travel and rooms were not ready , they gave us one room after sometime , the other room got it after long time , moreover the room not well cleaned, old , twilit water is not well feeding , electricity was not working in one of the rooms

Too old furniture, bathroom have som broken items.

Nothing unique, worn-out furniture, bedding terrible, you sink into the mattress and worst of all one elevator for the whole hotel floor, size of a football field, although acknowledge breakfast as surprisingly cheap, room service had a very limited menu, stay in Holiday Inn whenever I am in USA , and it is perfect, this time it was a complete disappointment, room telephone did not wok an despite my three requests was not fixed, the soap was surprisingly of good quality.

very nice location, friendly staff and helpful, rooms are so nice, clean and comfort beds. free parking, very good breakfast. safe. will again for sure.

It was a great stay, and a great price as well. I stayed in other hotels with similar price range and (big names as well) but wasn't as good

For a business trip the hotel had everything required to make the stay comfortable and useful

The staff were nice. The breakfast was OK. The location was kinda isolated

Had major issues with the maintenance. My refrigerator and my kettle did not work. Called maintenance and they came to look but did not fix. Couldn’t understand what the guy was saying. Called three more times in the same day but got totally ignored. We had food items that needed to be refrigerated and had to throw away the next morning. Totally unsatisfying visit. Will not stay there again.

I tried to make the reservation on line but the person who answered did not speak English, so I have to make on line through expedia, and now no points were earn to my loyalty program in IHG

Good business hotel. Buffet style meals gave good selection

Stay was nice but the service was a little slacking. Maybe because it was Ramadan. Tried using the room phone to call front desk and room service but no one answered.

Hotel was very clean and situated in a good location for my business purpose. Room was good size and comfortable. Buffet food was plentiful but expensive

the hotel staff is great and its a lovely hotel however the facilities (Turkish bath, gym, and swimming pool) are just for men and kids - they don't even have separate timings for women!
