Great place for overnight stay. Close to ramparts, carpark, bars and restaurants. Peaceful night sleep due good double glazing. Room not so big but ok for the 1 night.

Great location, clean and super nice friendly staff. The only downside was a very slow, small elevator. We were on the 5th floor and with luggage it was a long wait sometimes for the lift. We walked down but going up was a hassle.

Great location, just in the Old town. Rooms are clean and staff is very welcoming and friendly.

Wonderful hotel. Great rooms, facilities etc, and the staff were so helpful and friendly. A perfect stay.

Pleasant staff. Floor had sand left on it. Rooms need air conditioning, it was too hot and had difficulty sleeping. Shower head would not stay in place, kept falling down. No where to put your things in the shower. On the plus side they have a lock up garage for bikes.

Very nice hotel in the centre of old/tourist area. Walk from the train is about 15 minutes. Otherwise all the restaurants, the ramparts and all the tourist stuff is right next door so you can pop in your room any time if you forget something, etc. Two comments: the water in the shower is set to a certain maximum to avoid the waste I think. So it was coldish and rainy during my visit and I would like hotter water to warm up. In the sink the water gets really hot. Second: I put "do not disturb" sign meaning no housekeeping and the chambermaid wanted still to go in and clean.

The front desk staff was amazing! They were extremely helpful in helping with our delayed luggage. They were friendly and sincerely wanted to help any way they could. Much appreciated!!!
