There was issue with the fridge, which was sorted out by the staff. Secondly in Expedia app the room choice was mentioned lake front, which was denied later by the Expedia associate and Hotel staff. Attached please find the snapshot of the option

Our stay was incredible- we got upgraded to a beach front Villa- it was my sisters birthday and they brought a piece of cake to our Villa. 10/10 would recommend! We will definitely be going back

This hotel exceeded our expectations. On the lake, nice and clean. Front desk was so accommodating with our wine tour schedule/ arrival.

Awesome view and great beds. Bathroom was dated but clean.

The rooms were clean but a bit dated , the bathtub wouldn’t drain properly.We did enjoy our view. Spent some time at the pool and noted ants crawling around and a lot of dead bugs at the inside entrance to the pool. Staff were very accommodating.

Fantastic place

The room and lake side view was amazing. The only problem was the utter lack of water pressure in the shower. This was very disappointing.

I did not get any housekeeping services over the course of a three night stay and, ultimately, had to call down to get clean towels. Otherwise my stay was excellent.

The villa was ideal for us and our pets

Enjoyed my time here. Lovely views and great restaurant and bar. Pool was a bit hard to access. It was February but also shower room has no door direct to the pool unless I could not find it. Otherwise very nice. Hot apple cider at the door was very was much appreciated. Good coffee in the room. The view was very relaxing and room a good size. Was happy there.

The room, staff and restaurant were great and very accommodating. We had some minor issues that they hastily resolved and compensated us for. Overall was a great experience and will definitely go back. Supervisor Riley was a pleasure to deal with.
