It is 2 storey motel kind but renovations done.

The room was clean and very spacious! Staff were so friendly and incredibly helpful. The buffet-style breakfast was so delicious and had many options! I would absolutely return!

We only stayed here one night, because our flight arrived late at night and we had a long drive to get home. We really only slept, by the time we woke up we had to check out but we did not encounter any problems. The guy at the front counter was very helpful helping us check in even though it was midnight!

Hotel Moncton was close to amenities, clean and they provided a nice breakfast. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Attention punaise de lit dans notre chambre. J’ai fais l’inspection des draps avant même de rentrer mes bagages. Par chance, il y avait des excréments de punaises dans les coutures des draps. J’ai pris mes choses et je suis quitté avec ma famille.

Amazing hotel very nice team

If you're a light sleeper, I wouldn't recommend it. I couldn't sleep because you could hear people walking on the noisy wooden floors throughout the night.

Great location close to the casino and Magnetic Hill. Lots of places to eat close by. Good breakfast in a nice restaurant. Overall, a great place to stay, would do so again. My only small issue was no blow dryer in the room.

No elevator. Hands full with 18 month old and luggage. Staff was going to make me bring the pack n play up by myself but then did help. No deadbolt on door. No soap, shampoo or conditioner. Had to choose between hot room and kinda dark(lights out the window) or ac and lights shinning in window. Breakfast was subpar

Check in was quite slow. Only one person on the front desk. My parents had one room, I had another. Both ground floor. There’s was in nicer condition than mine. Beds comfortable. Bathrooms decent and had been upgraded—though the side of the tub was quite high if you have mobility issues. The ceiling in my room had many discoloured patches, and the room smelled like people had smoked in it. The baseboard heater that ran behind the 2 Queen beds had no cover in places, exposed elements. Which just looked grungy. The toilet paper was not well stocked in either room when we arrived and we both had to ask for more. Overall an ok experience for price but would prob stay elsewhere in the future.

Room clean, staff great, breakfast good. External look could be better, as there were items seen while walking to the room that could be cleaned or kept off sight.

Booking through Expedia for an older person was good until we got to the hotel. They told me that it did not show that we had a dog which I said yes to plus agreed to the charge. The charge of $200.00 for damage deposit was not explained very well, I had to call today to find out why it was charged to my card which she said it would not be then voided it but it will not go through for 3 to 5 days. Kids on the floor above were running early in the morning not a very nice thing to wake up to. An older person who has to go through Expedia the process is not easy!

Was an overnight stay on our way to the Cabot Trail - we got in past midnight and the front desk staff was warm and welcoming. An older property, but the room and bathroom were clean and we had a restful night of sleep. Breakfast was great as well!
