Was told by the front desk our room was newly renovated and when we walked in there was hair stuck in the duvet. Garbage under the vanity in the bathroom and cereal under the bed. There was holes in the bathroom floor and stickers still attached to the newly installed windows along with parts that are meant to be removed after installation of window. Door was rather difficult to close. A very large gap at the bottom of the door and the 2nd floor door to go outside was unlocked allowing anyone access even without a key card. Renovations were very poorly done overall and it looks as though no efforts were made to do the rooms properly.

Under renovations will be great once finished. Friendly staff. Has a lot of character. Beautiful was nice in relaxing restaurant. Close to restaurants and casino.

Good experience

Unfortunately there were 3 grown ladies sharing a room and the bathroom door wouldn’t close, also one of the guests woke up and found rodent feces I’m her bed (she was quite shook up). The breakfast was good, no complaints

The staff at Hotel Moncton are always exceptional. I keep going back for this reason alone. They offer my family incredible kindness.

The room was clean, there was no place to hang your clothes up the door to the room was not tight, day light all around the door, and you could see in one side of the door, not veru private, we were located above the lobby, which was open to the lobby, and at 6:00 am the staff were talking and your could hear everything. The free breakfast was cold and had been out for awhile and the breakfast room was colf also.

Clean rooms great staff

We had to borrow a heater to heat the room- almost no heat. Their system was not strong enough for this cold weather. And the breakfast room was FREEZING!!! You had to eat really quick. The rooms & staff are very nice though. But I will not be going again in the winter- we freeze every time we go there.

Beds in room not queens as advertised, room upstairs sounded like a dance party going on all night. Staff friendly but overall experience left a lot to be desired. Many other options in the area. Stay elsewhere

Great value for money

The hotel was much dirtier than expected. Pictures on Expedia did it justice.

Clean, good price, cheap for pets too.

Rooms were fine however the hotel ran out of oil which at the time it was -32 with the wind chill and the ac unit that’s in the window was drafty and all the cold air was coming in we had to sleep with our winter coats on for that one night and checked out the next day (we booked 3 nights) they offered a space heater but it was too cold to stay the woman at the desk was fantastic but the owner/manager tried to charge me for cleaning fees etc and wasn’t going to give me a refund
