clean room, good size, newly remodeled. helpful staff, good amenities.

The room is clean and big, the breakfast is great! Just they are short of hands, be patient .

If you are a non smoker don’t stay here! Smoke from casino is terrible though out the entire hotel. We even put a towel against the door because the smoke still came in our room. Breakfast with room is only served until 11 am which is fine but we checkin at 10:30 am and then were told we wouldn’t get in before 11 so no free breakfast. Went to talk to manager and got an okay for breakfast but decided to leave and not make a fuss. Room was comfortable and bathroom was clean.

The room was terrific, everything seemed brand new. The staff was really helpful and friendly. My stay was during a snow storm, and everyone was pleasant, from the front desk to the restaurant and bar.

The staff was awesome! I left my wallet at the front guest sofa because I wasn’t feeling good at that time fall asleep. The staff called and stated that kid got my wallet a turn in at front desk. Hurray to the parent you raised him well and thank you. Other than that, the room was clean and good amenities! We definitely stay here again.

Room was clean but could still smell the smoke coming from the hallways. Had to close the gap with towels. Breakfast was okay. First breakfast was excellent. Second breakfast had medicore service. The waitress and hostess were rude and dismissive of our concerns.

The room was spotless and the bathroom beautiful. Very nice amenities, a central location in Carson City. Just a great place to stay if in the area.

The room was spotless very clean. Bed was incredibly comfortable.

The staff was fine but our first room had bad WiFi so they moved us. The WiFi worked but it was too close to the front desk and casino. VERY noisy. Didn’t want to move again so we stuck it out. If we ever stay there again we will ask for second floor.

Everything was as we needed, staff was very professional and cordial, room was very clean.

Breakfast was greasy spoon quality, staff was fine, heating and air conditioning did not work well ( Auto system did not work)
