Clean room, great staff service. Convenient location.

Wooden floors create a huge amount of noise from other rooms. Chairs moving, footsteps, banging around, doors creaking and slamming. Carpets create a calmer less noisy, more comfortable atmosphere. I must also have had the water pipes coming down past my room as I got the whoosh of water coming down from above when someone presumably uses the shower or toilet. I asked to move rooms as a result and this was actioned for me without hesitation. Nice hotel overall and the room I had in the end was quiet and relaxing but it could have not been relaxing stay if I’d have stayed in my original room with all the noise.

Nice rooms although lighting was poor. Close to metro

Hardware in the bath room not working properly

We choose this property because it was close to the dorm where our son is studying. Room was nice, bed comfortable and staff at hotel were helpful and kind. Near train stop and if you are a walker, easy to get to more Madrid sites.

Hotel is central to a lot of restaurants, shopping attractions. That being said its also a busy area that can be a little noisy in the morning.

Plenty of space and great facilities. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff.

The property was in an area that was walking distance to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful.
