We choose this property because it was close to the dorm where our son is studying. Room was nice, bed comfortable and staff at hotel were helpful and kind. Near train stop and if you are a walker, easy to get to more Madrid sites.

Nice place

Hotel is central to a lot of restaurants, shopping attractions. That being said its also a busy area that can be a little noisy in the morning.

Plenty of space and great facilities. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff.

It was my first time in Spain, and the hotels was perfect, great location with a lot of store near by like Zara Corte inglés etc, very safe to walk everywhere, the train one block from the hotel, I walk everywhere and i shopped and took the train daily many times a day and it was very safe and convenient the area. Also many restaurants near by, also the hotels was nicest that I thought, very clean good condición and services

We had 3 people in our room. Each person had a bed so there wasn't a lot of moving around space, but we made it work ok. I would definitely stay here again. It was easy to get a taxi or Uber, but we walked most of the time.

The room itself was clean as were some parts of the bathroom, but the shower stall and behind the toilet were dirty. The toilet area was the absolute worst! It had the smell of sewer which was absolutely disgusting. When I looked at the floor behind the toilet, there was a space next to a pipe which had some paper stuck in it, yet it didn’t cover up the space completely. On the floor itself, under this pipe, there was a black mess which looked to be mold. My thought is that sewer water leaks out of the side on this pipe and collects on the floor, therefore the awful smell and mold growing. Totally unacceptable and truly awful! Bad experience.

Great hotel, convenient to the metro or walking into the historic center of Madrid. The staff was cheerful, friendly and helpful.

The indigo hotel is perfect if you want to stay close to de Action in Madrid centro but without the crowds. The service incredible Jose Luis y Javier are ready to help at the front desk. Definitely will come back to Indigo.

Our stay at Hotel Indigo Princesa in Madrid was wonderful. It was easy to walk out to see any part of Madrid we wanted—especially the Reina Sofia museum and the Plaza De Estana. The hotel staff was lovely and helped us get taxis to the universities like IE that we were also here to visit.

The location of the Hotel Indigo Madrid-Princesa is ideal. It is located next to the Arguelles Metro stop across the street from El Corte Ingles. This is a safe but lively mixed residential and retail area. It was formerly called the Hotel Tirol. The staff off the hotel is very attentive and polite. We were very pleased with the breakfast and dinner that was included in our package. There is a lot going on at the hotel restaurant--there seem to be many locals eating there. We will stay at this Hotel again on our next trip to Madrid.

Este hotel es espectacular. Muy limpio, cómodo y acogedor. Localizado en una zona muy bella de Madrid, cerca de tiendas, restaurantes y todo lo que hace falta para sentirse a gusto. Los empleados son demasiado amables y profesionales. El hotel cuenta con una barra en el primer piso y restaurante ( donde la comida es deliciosa). Lo recomiendo a cualquier persona que desee conocer a Madrid, explorar su belleza y sentirse en total comodidad.
