Very tight quarters but clean. Balcony nice but nothing to look at. People were pleasant and helpful

The staff was incredibly kind and informative. Breakfast was delicious. The location is in a quiet area with excellent access to transit.

Everything was amazing - thank you for the rose, the champagne and the rose petals on the bed.

The room was small but very clean. All the staffs was friendly and helpful. Walking and exploring around this area was safe with many eateries to choose from. There are a few laundromats near the hotel, very convenience. We would definitely stay here again.

Having a balcony with the suites are quite a nice touch. Staff are very helpful and most importantly, their are showers, not tubs and the bed is clean.

The room itself was smaller than most from an American perspective. But, it truly was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, had everything we needed and could have asked for, the bathroom was nice, good shower, plenty of room around the toilet, a great sink with a great large mirror, a closet for coats and hangables, a safe if we needed it, and a very sweet hand written letter with two drinks to welcome us to the hotel and spa. The staff could not have been more kind or compassionate. They spoke both French and English that were easy to understand. This was located perfectly between the Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower. Either monument took less than 15 minutes to walk to comfortably. More than 10 restaurants were within 3 to 5 minute walk. The two accross the street were absolutely fabulous meals, ambiance, and service. When we go back to Paris, we will absolutely stay there again. It was perfect in every way you needed it to be. Great stay, great people, comfortable, and peaceful, in a beautiful city that is all about Love!

This is a beautiful hotel whose staff is responsive, competent and compassionate. My husband and I had to return to Canada abruptly due to family circumstances, and the hotel was exceptional in supporting our departure. Would 100% recommend this hotel!
