Excellent stay! Highly recommend

We were never helped with the luggage to begin with. At the time of our arrival the entire corridor was being cleaned to it made it hard to get access to our room. Paris was going through an extreme heat wave yet the room temperature and acs didnt seem to work. On the last night we lost power in the night a were abruptly awaken drenched in sweat. We were forced to leave the property early as it was unbearably hot. The elevators were down and it was absolutely dark and hot. Once again no one offered to help with the luggage’s and I climbed 4 flights of stairs solo with 4 x 25kG bags alone.

The location was perfect for me because it is in a quieter part of Paris, yet walkable to many of the touristy arrondissements should you wish to visit or hang out there. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly, welcoming and ready to help. However, this hotel is not a 4 star hotel as advertised.

Great location, stellar staff, and clean, comfortable and well appointed rooms. The staff went above and beyond to make my granddaughter’s birthday celebration extra special.

I really wanted to love our three night stay here. The rooms were beautiful, the amenities and staff were outstanding. What ruined it for us was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. We didn’t sleep well at all, it seemed we could hear every movement by every guest above and beside us- all hours of the day and night it felt like people were dropping things and moving around furniture. We know that’s not the case, but that’s what it sounded like. Unfortunately for this reason I cannot recommend this hotel. We were quite shocked at the lack of soundproofing and haven’t experienced this in any other hotel during our month long trip around France.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Lovely helpful friendly staff who seem to anticipate your needs before you've even asked! You have to book the pool/spa area so you can have it all to yourself!! 🤘 I'll be likely staying here again when I'm back in Paris.

Amazing stay for our quick stop in Paris! They even welcomed us with a very thoughtful gift on the first day, which made the experience even more special. We will definitely come back on our next visit.

Great location!! we walked to the Arc of Triomphe, Trocadero, Eiffer Towel... great restaurant around. Easy to call a uber and go anywhere. Room was kind of small and no fridge in the room. However, we would definitely stay here again! We had such a great time!

staff was very nice

This hotel is beautifully decorated and feels like a tiny jewel box. The room had a very comfortable bed. The bathroom is a decent size and we loved our little balcony that looked out to the street. We had breakfast that was provided at the hotel. The selections were good. Overall the staff here is outstanding and speak multiple languages fluently. We were most comfortable during our stay here and would highly recommend.

Shame about the restaurant only serving drinks and snacks. Food only available for room service which I presume is from the restaurant next door. Otherwise a pleasant stay

The staff, location and amenities were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. In the morning, I loved getting breakfast and sitting in the little cubbyhole booth for a morning reset. There is a lovely breakfast on site with coffee drinks. The spa is great! The pool is private and the steam room was my evening unwinding ritual. The staff is pleasant and very helpful. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay and in walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and many great places to eat or shop. We will stay there again. Bravo!
