The hotel is located in a nice, safe, walkable area. There are several restaurants, bakery, coffee shops, and more Within a five block range. The downtown area is easily accessible. Pick up from the hotel for tours is easy. The hotel staff is amazing! Their professionalism and service is appreciated. The facilities are very clean, and the concierge staff is helpful. The rooms are clean and in good condition, with a safe and TV as well as A/C and heat. We visited during the winter and so did not use the pool, but it looks very nice. The only thing to mention for those of us who live in warmer climates is that it can be very cool in the lobby and first floor during the winter months because it is open to the outside pool area. In fact, remember that southern Brazil has winter temperatures! Prepare by bringing a coat! If you forget, don't worry, the hotel gift shop has a nice selection, in fact my friend bought one there!

On the day of arrival, I reported that the TV wasn't working. Nothing was done. The next day, early in the morning, I reported that the problem persisted. Nothing was done. I repaired the antenna and it worked reasonably well. I left the hotel without this issue being resolved.

Family of 6, from the U.S., stayed 3 nights. Two separate rooms. Staff was very friendly and spoke English. Greeted us a with a yummy non-alcoholic drink. Area seemed very safe. We walked to restaurants nearby. The mall, which also has a grocery store, is about a 15-minute walk. Rooms are nothing fancy but nice. Beds were very hard but that has been our experience throughout Brazil. Another Brazil quirk is no washcloths. I bought a dish rag, to wash my face, during our stay in another hotel because they don't have them. Breakfast was really good especially the coconut cake and KitKat hot chocolate. Pool was big and water was warm. Lots of places to lounge. Had some food and drinks by the pool which were good. Pool staff were attentive. Loumar Tourism has a desk in the lobby. We used them for transportation to and from the airport and to the Argentina side for pick up to the falls. We didn't use them for the tour on the Argentina side or the Brazilian side, but had I known this before I would have. The only downside is we could hear the room directly below us plain as day in the bathroom. We had two separate rooms, so it was a good thing family was staying below, or it might have been awkward. We seriously could have a conversation without raising our voices. No tissues in Brazil either.

The room was a great size for 4 people. Breakfast was nice. Pool area clean and nice food available to order at a great price. Staff were extremely kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again x

Hotel bem localizado, no centro da cidade, proximo a farmácias e shopping. Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos. Quarto sempre limpo, toalhas trocadas e uma excrlente estrutura de lazer, como sinuca, totó, ping-ping e uma piscina com hidromassagem. O café da manhã bem farto, com muitas opcoesde cafés e massas. Senti falta de um cuscuz... mas, no mais, tudo muito.bom.

We (my husband and I) were surprised with an upgrade. We got a suit! Very big and nice. With view of the piol area! Yay! Thank you soooo much!!! The staff was very friendly I can recommend this hotel for sure!
