You could tell where people lay all the times in the beds, pillows were a little flat and compacted. Curtain needs attention. The facility itself is very nice.

Great price, perfect location. Perfect for a quick hockey weekend stay. Enjoyed brunch in the beautiful courtyard restauran We really appreciated the service at check-in. A second staff member came to the front desk to help us - no wait at all.

Very little light in room.had 3 ceiling lights(very dim and in corners of room)and a floor lamp. Not very many plugs for charging cell. Heater was off and on and a bit cold .old windows and could feel drafts and not very sound or heat efficiency. King bed was big and comfy.fan in bathroom loud and runs off light switch.shower was new but really narrow .not much room to move around to wash...one elevator was o/s and had to walk around the whole building to the other one then walk all the way to the end to room . Husband has bad hip and leg ,was not happy.....food in garden court was good. Lots to eat..good menu ..overall seems place is rebuilt as its an old hotel. Nice inside, fresh flowers and trees inside the garden court area . Was busy for easter weekend and buffets/brunches ...

Convenience

Inside is decent, outside looks like a hospital. Pool area was good, restaurant and bar good, beds were so outdated and the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever laid on. Will definitely NOT be going back the next time we’re in the city .

Easy access, good parking, quality room.

The staff and management were kind and accommodating. Beautiful features, amazing food, and the lounge is rather intimate. Truly enjoyable experience.

It doesn’t much with hotel quality and price

Great welcome at front desk! A Dog treat for each dog and some waste bags. Truly pet friendly!

Great Amenitites in and around the hotel

Once I checked in I didn’t have to leave for restaurants, liquor store, small convenience all inside the hotel or across the parking lot.

The staff was great. Had excellent food from room service. Not fancy but quick and good. The room waa very dark and dated and the beds and pillows were uncomfortable. It was clean though and towels were nice.

The place was comfortable and clean. The service was also very professional and excellent.

I've stayed at this hotel on two different occasions but there wont be a third. My first time there I was given a room that was clearly smoked in but they were able to move me afterwards. During my second booking, the first room had a terrible electrical buzzing sound coming from the heater, so they moved me again.... The room they moved me to had a heater that sounded like a helicopter. If like a quite room, stay far from this hotel.

The rooms are well kept but older but very clean… but the buffet and pool are what makes this hotel. This will be our go to when we travel to Calgary.

It was a last minute booking but we had a very close room to the desk which was good because one of the guests had mobility issues, we used a handicap parking stall, there was a restaurant inside as well as businesses in the same parking lot. The room was clean and quiet.
