Spa was neat. Service and room was mediocre. Bed pillows were uncomfortable.

We stayed first week of December and loved the proximity to the Christmas market, our room overlooked it! Very walkable to access the city for meals and shopping. Room was fanatic and loved the spa.

Great Hotel, great Breakfast offering, the rooms were a bit dated for a five star hotel, the rooms and the doors needed some refreshing

Beautiful hotel, 5mnt walk to city center, across street from casino. Nice spa and breakfast was incredible.

Great property with friendly staff, don't listen to Google in terms of directions. Take the bus or taxi to Leopoldsplatz and walk. Save yourself some money. There is a bridge not visible on the map apps.

Staff did not recognise VIP status, and we didn’t get a room upgrade. Ok, no problem. But generally they were unable to answer basic questions about the VIP perk and also when checking out, staff seemed to confuse us with checking in again. Breakfast was nice and location was convenient

We were originally only staying one night but ended up staying four or five. We felt like VIP guests while we were there.

Great location in downtown BadenBaden. Walking distance to main attractions. Lots of dining and shopping options. Having a hotel with spa services was the reason we choose this hotel. It was a girls spa weekend trip. Super relaxing with great amenities.

The staff was extremely helpful. The property is very well maintained and I noted a cleaning supervisor walking the floors to check on quality. I asked to change rooms (traveling alone and didn't want to be on ground level) and they were quick to make the change. All around a great location, too. Off the main area, but close enough to walk to shops, the park and the older town and restaurants. I enjoyed it very much and would return/recommend.

Beautiful classy room and a super nice hotel. Staff was warm and friendly. Internet and phone didn’t work during our stay so we had to go down to the front desk for any needs we had.

An absolute standout in an already very special place. This hotel seamlessly matches the reason you go to Baden Baden and was walking distance to everything we wanted to get to. Baden Baden is a magical place, and the highlight to our Germany trip. This hotel helped make it that.

Everything would be perfect except for the track fast experience: our table was completely ignored by the number of waitresses serving attentively every table in the area around us. Despite of several attempts to get service, we’ve been ignored until everyone left in the restaurant. Food was ok, but on the menu were items not served in the buffet and we could not even get a menu for an hour. Staff was inefficient and almost no one spoke English or could competently answer any questions. Although managers apologized and removed charges, the lost time and unpleasant experience spoiled partially spoiled our morning at this hotel. I’d not use their restaurant for breakfast next time

What a treat! We were first welcomed by Ben. He was helpful and joyful to mingle with. We particularly enjoyed the spa access. The hotel is situated well within reach of a few Baden Baden scenic spots. Just walking around is very enjoyable already. We will be back.

We were there for less than 24 hrs. Biggest mistake of our planning. Next time 3-4 days. Gorgeous. Excellent hotel and Baden- Baden is gorgeous. I can't wait to go back and will definitely stay at this hotel again. Nice massage with lady from Jamaica and lovely pool. Btw, best ice cream right across the street!
