Beautifully decorated room. The hotel is also centrally located between Rialto bridge and St Mark Basalica. There are quite a few good restaurants near by as well.

Great little hotel right in the heart of Venice! Has elevator. Has warm showers. Has breakfast. Staff are great. 1 minute to dock. 1 minute to Rialto. 1 minute to st Marks Square. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Gorizia A La Valigia. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived. Since we were travelling with our toddler, we were so grateful they allowed us to check in early. They also stored our stroller during our stay and luggage after check-out so we could continue exploring Venice. The room was comfortable, the location was excellent between Rialto and Piazza San Marco, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety to start the day. The hospitality really stood out and made travelling with a young child much easier. We would happily stay here again on a future visit to Venice.

there was great customer service with 24 hour desk staff. the breakfast provided was good. air conditioning worked well and there was an elevator for our bags! it is in a great location with easy access to the water bus and walking to St. Mark's. Highly recommend!

Traveled with my family , the location was very close to Rialto bridge and San Marco square . Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable . Easy to get to since it was central .

Very comfortable for a family of 4. Staff took less than 5 minutes to respond when we called about our air not working and fixed it immediately. Wonderful breakfast. Excellent location.

Buffet Breakfast included was a good value. Rrcommendations: Rooms should have tea/coffee sachets for guests. All bulbs in electrical fixtures should be in working order. Improve Air conditioning in rooms.

The hotel was awesome and in the middle of everything in San Marco. Quick walk to everything in Venice. Loved it. 4 stars total bc the AC in the room couldn’t quite keep up with the humidity, but that’s everywhere in EU.

I love the Venetian furniture. It was everything that I would want in my home in the United States and it was cute. It was cozy and unique very of culture, a great expression and a royalty.

Front staff very rude and unaccommodating. The room we had was infested with mosquitoes.

Property is old (like most in Venice) but well maintained. Breakfast is very good with eggs and bacon, cheese and cured meat. Air condition works well. Location of the property is great as you can walk to Realto bridge in 4 minutes. My only mild complaint is the typical European shower with glass shield that only cover half the length of tub, and that my room is on the 4th floor but elevator only goes up to the 3rd floor.
