Room was clean and comfortable - curtains need to be updated.

Food in lounge was very good. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Staff was helpful & polite. Breakfast buffet was quite basic. More choices would be better.

Overall our experience was excellent. The staff were kind, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. We did have a small issue with the shower handle breaking in our room but when I went to the front desk to explain what happened, the agent was incredibly understanding and quick to assist, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect for our needs, very close to the rink (we were in town for a hockey tournament) and just a short drive to stores and restaurants. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again!

Room clean, staff courteous. Breakfast was definitely not worth $25.00.

The room was lovely, however, the shower in my room was broken and only had the hottest setting and wouldn't let me switch the water temperature. Breakfast was delicious, but unfortunately (this is no reflection on the hotel) what made my stay 3 stars was the hockey team roaming the halls until 1am. Sleep was minimal. The hotel staff did what they can - but when parents don't care their children are disturbing others there's not much they can do.

Everything about this hotel was great. And it was clean.

The staff was awesome and fixed a little problem we had right away. Great breakfast. The location is perfect, right across the street from the waterfront and walking trail.

Room was nice! Service was good. Breakfast was terrible which i was really looking forward to because it was advertised as so good.

The room was great and staff were great too. My complaint is that the fire alarm went off in the evening and we ezited the building. It was shut off and we went back in. Then shortly after 6:00 am it went off again. Then when I went to breakfast the menu was.limited because of an electrical issue. Thi gs happen. It didn't ruin my stay.

Was able to stay close to other members of my group. The pool area and breakfast area were great and maintenance was quick to come and look at anything we requested! Very accommodating

Hutch tv was on was coming apart on the ends, heat did not work in room so was provided a space heater, hot water did not work the next day for a few hours, had to call in a noise complaint, and kids were running up and down the hallways in the evenings. Staff were attentive when asked. Breakfast was good and was provided some compensation on checkout for the inconveniences.

Room was very clean. Bathroom; tub tile and ceiling / wall could use repair as well as the front entrance. The only real negative was the restaurant was closed and was last year when we visited as well. By the time we found out, it was too late to get a table at any local restaurant as they were all sold out. Very disappointed in this trend. Otherwise, very quiet and staff were fabulous.

The staff was amazing, really nice, and the place is very clean. The room and furniture is older and in poor condition. The room was cold, set at 17 degrees, and the pool was extremely cold, making it unusable. The shower was lukewarm at full temperature and had almost no water pressure. The breakfast was not good, even for free hotel breakfast standards. The staff was the best part, all the staff was great.

The staff were so great with having 2 U11 boys hockey teams there. The “mini stick space” was the absolute most perfect way to keep them controlled and the hospitality room we rented for a pizza party and a spot for parents to gather could not have been better. I will book a hockey team to come back here 100%! Other hotels are not even close to being this welcoming!

Rooms were clean, comfy, Breakfast was fantastic. Only issue was there was no hot water the entire 2 days we were there. The front desk said it was because they had a large amount of laundry to do that day but it never got better for us, or any of the other guests at the hotel diring our stay.
