Excellent location and cute little hotel that was very convenient for my short stay. Bonus was the very good breakfast included.

It was just the needed ventilation's with out AC for a Hot days in Paris. We were moved to a deferent Room for less Heat. We thank them for their consideration.

The receptionist male during the night shift was the rudest person I’ve ever met. He was disrespectful, and made me extremely uncomfortable to stay there to where I had to leave the same night. I don’t no recommend. No fridge. No A/C.

This property was very affordable and convenient. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because it didn't have air conditioning. I went on some of the hottest days so i couldn't sleep. But very convenient to the metro and only 15min uber ride to downtown.

Closeness to the train station was wonderful. No AC was very problematic. No English-speaking TV stations was surprising.

Room was very tiny and not very nice. Location was good however!

I booked 1 night due to a business meeting nearby. Check-out usually only up to midnight but I faced the dilemma of my flight being delayed by 3.5 hours and I was so worried about the check-in. Hotel staff were very quick to respond to my message and were very accommodating for a late check-in. The next day I needed help with travel to the meeting and the staff were very kind in helping to arrange a taxi but also check that card would be accepted. Merci beaucoup! The only thing I would mention as an improvement is that air conditioning could be installed, with it being so hot this time of year that would have been a real bonus to the Hotel. Apart from that the rooms are delightful, just right,very clean and super comfortable pillows! I would definitely recommend this Hotel! P.s lovely location too!
